Promotion period is valid from 1 January 2012 to 30 June 2012 (based on the bill payment transaction date) ("Promotion Period").
The Promotion is only applicable to principal and supplementary cardholders of Dah Sing Bank Credit Card (including the credit card transferred from MEVAS Bank) ("Applicable Credit Card"), but not applicable to Debit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Renminbi Credit Card, Renminbi Currency Account of Dual Currency Credit Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account and Balance Transfer Account.
Cardholders who spend on valid transactions of HK$100 or above per every monthly statement with successfully registered Dah Sing Bank Credit Card, and make designated transactions (refer to Clause 5 below) ("Designated Transaction" includes any bill payment transaction via Dah Sing Bank e-Banking Pay Easy Service, Octopus Auto Add Value Service Transaction and any retail purchase spending amount at local supermarket, etc.). Those Designated Transaction will entitle a maximum 1% Cash Rebate (Maximum cap of cash rebate per month is HK$100). To entitle for the cash rebate, all of the "Designated Transaction" must be posted and reflected on credit card statement on or before July 2012.
Local supermarket of Designated Transaction does not include Manning's, Watsons, 7-11 and Circle K or any other merchants as determined by Dah Sing Bank from time to time.
Only posted transaction amount printed on every monthly statement will be counted as Eligible Spending Amount for valid transaction's spending calculation. Valid transaction refers to local and overseas retail purchase transaction and Cash Advance only. Ineligible transactions include but not limited to Designated Transaction mentioned in Clause 3 & 4 above and other transaction, including but not limited to online transactions, mail and telephone purchase orders, balance transfer, Autopay, recurring billing transactions (e.g. Autotoll top up, etc), Happy Installment, Cash-in Plan, Interest-free Installment Plan, casino transactions, Bank fees and service charges (including but not limited to annual fee, financial charge and cash advance handling fee), cheque payment and overdue penalty, transactions cancelled/refunded or without sales slip and any unauthorized transactions also not eligible to the cash rebate.
The e-banking registration website and 24-Hour Registration Hotline will be operated from 12:00a.m of 1 January 2012 to 11:59p.m of 30 June 2012 (based on the Bank's system). The registration deadline is on 24th of each month. If the registration was made on 20 January 2012 and the cardholder has fulfilled the spending requirement mentioned in Clause 3 & 4 above (i.e. with valid spending HK$100 or above in January 2012's issued credit card statement ), the Daily Goodies expenses of this statement month (i.e. January 2012's issued credit card statement) will be entitled the extra rewards. The respective Dah Sing Bank Credit Card number must be provided to perform the registration. Expiry date of the registration will be on June 30 of 2012. Registration reference number will be announced instantly and Cardholders must record down the reference number for verification purpose. If register via 24-Hour Registration Hotline, a maximum cap of registration for 3 credit card will be carried per single telephone call via the Registration Hotline.
Every principal and supplementary cardholder is required to call our 24-Hour Registration Hotline or visit e-Banking registration website for registration. Only 1 registration can be performed for every credit card number, if the Cardholder registers more than once with the same credit card number, only the first eligible registration will be counted as a valid registration record. The rest of the registration and any registration by entering incorrect information will be treated as an invalid record.
The Bank will calculate the eligible cash rebate of the respective statement month based on the Cardholder's registration record as of the registration deadline on each month in the Bank's system. Eligible cash rebate will be credited to the eligible Cardholders designated Dah Sing Bank credit card account directly in form of spending credit rebate and reflect on next statement.
The Bank will verify the validity of the Cardholder's record against the Bank's record for eligibility confirmation for the cash rebate. If there is any discrepancy, the record of The Bank shall be final and conclusive and related cash rebate may be forfeited without prior notice.
Cash rebate cannot be transferred or used to redeem any cash or other rewards.
The relevant Dah Sing Bank Credit Card should maintain as valid and in good credit standing during the entire Promotion Period and at the time the cash rebate is given, and the relevant transactions must be posted. Otherwise, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the prize without prior notice.
Cardholders must keep all original sales slips for future's reference. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to request Cardholder to submit the relevant original sales slip and/or further documents or evidence for inspection. All sales slip submitted to the Bank will not be returned.
In the event that any registered valid transaction(s) is/are cancelled or reversed after Cardholders have received any cash rebate of the Promotion, the Bank will debit the equivalent value of the cash rebate against Cardholder's credit card account immediately without prior notice.
The Bank reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend the terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
