General Terms and Conditions:

  1. "Cash Rebate" Scheme:
    1. "Cash Rebate" is applicable to Principal Card Cardholders and Supplementary Card Cardholders of Dah Sing ONE+ Platinum Card & Dah Sing ONE+ Titanium Card issued by Dah Sing Bank ("the Bank"). "Cash Rebate" earned for each Principal Card & Supplementary Card will be calculated and credited to the credit card accounts respectively.
    2. "Cash Rebate" is calculated based on 1% of the sum of retail purchases, cash advance and Octopus AAVS amount in each statement cycle. If the rebate amount is with decimal place, the total rebate amount will be rounded up to nearest dollar. "Cash Rebate" is only applicable to the transaction amount of retail purchases, cash advance and Octopus AAVS amount; but excluding the following transactions, including but not limited to autopay, "Happy Installment" installment amount, Cash-in Plan amount, Branch Cash-in amount, balance transfer amount, Stocks Investment Savings Plan, "Payeasy" bill payment amount, "Jet Payment" payment amount, tax payment, interest-free monthly installment amount, "Tap & Go" top-up amount, cheque payment (if applicable), bank handling fee (including but not limited to annual fee, financial charge, late fee and cash advance handling fee, etc.), casino transactions, unposted / cancelled / refunded and all unauthorized transactions. The "Cash Rebate" offer shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement. The Bank reserves the final decision on the applicability of the "Cash Rebate".
    3. "Cash Rebate" earned by Cardholders will be credited into cardholders' relevant credit card account. If customers cancel or charge off relevant transactions after posting "Cash Rebate", the Bank reserves the right to debit the amount equivalent to the value of "Cash Rebate" given to customers from the credit card account without prior notice.
    4. "Cash Rebate" earned in each statement cycle will be credited to credit card accounts in next statement cycle. "Cash Rebate" that posted into credit card account is only applicable for settling new purchases, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
    5. The Bank will determine the eligibility of Cardholder for entitlement of "Cash Rebate" based on the Cardholders' transaction records held with the Bank.
    6. Cardholders are required to keep all relevant original sales slips. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to request Cardholders to submit the relevant original sales slips for inspection. All sales slips submitted to the Bank will not be returned
  2. Foreign currency transaction and cross-border transactions in Hong Kong currency include transactions in Hong Kong Dollar or Foreign Currencies made outside of Hong Kong, transactions in Foreign Currencies made in Hong Kong and transactions at any merchant not registered in Hong Kong. Please refer to "List of Service Charges for Dah Sing Credit Card/Private Label Card" for the relevant charges.
  3. Credit Card Cash-In Plan is only applicable to Principal Cardholder and is not applicable to Supplementary Cardholder(s). Credit Card Cash-In Plan is not eligible to Credit Card Bonus Point Scheme, Instant Cash Reward / Cash Rebate, Mileage Program, and any other Bonus Point Reward Program. The Bank will charge monthly handling fee which equals to a specified percentage of the approved amount, the Bank can change the percentage of such handling fee from time to time. The Plan is subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to the latest promotional leaflet for the updated monthly handling fee and its respective Annualized Percentage Rate ("APR"). The Plan is only applicable to local personal bank account and excludes joint account, credit card account, loan account and overdraft account.
  4. "Happy installment" Plan is only applicable to transaction(s) valued at HK$800 or above (or equivalent in foreign currencies), and applies to combined transaction. All combined transactions must be made under the same Credit Card account and each sales slip amount must be at least HK$300. Cardholder must apply at least 10 working days before payment due date of the transaction(s), as printed on the monthly statement (transaction(s) must be made within recent 2 months for such application) and keep the relevant sales slops for proof. Please refer to www.dahsing.com for the monthly handling fee and its respective APR(s). "Happy Installment Plan" is not eligible to Credit Card Bonus Point Scheme, Instant Cash Reward / Cash Rebate, Mileage Program and any other Bonus Point Reward Program. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the application without the need to provide reasons. In case of any disputes, the decisions of the Bank shall be final. The Plan shall be subject to the terms and conditions of "Happy Installment" Plan/ The relevant terms and conditions can be downloaded from www.dahsing.com or available through contacting Dah Sing Credit Card Centre Customer Service Hotline at 2828 8168.
  5. There will be HK$20 charge for credit card physical statement while no charge for credit card e-Statement service starting from 1 January, 2018. For the credit card e-Statement service details, terms and conditions, please visit www.dahsing.com/card/estatement.
  6. The Bank reserves the final rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of the Bank.
  7. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

Up to HK1,000 Cash Rebate Welcome Offer:

  1. Promotion Period is valid from June 1, 2017 to August 20, 2017 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
  2. Welcome offer is only applicable to brand new Principal cardholders (i.e. did not hold/cancel any Principal or Supplementary Credit Card issued by Dah Sing Bank, Limited ("The Bank") in the past 12 months) who successfully applied for Dah Sing ONE+ Credit Card within the Promotion Period ("Eligible Cardholder"). Each Eligible Cardholder can only enjoy welcome offer ONCE regardless of the number of Principal Card applied. Extra 4% Cash Rebate only applicable to Dah Sing ONE+ credit card.
  3. Eligible Cardholder will be entitled to Extra 4% Cash Rebate ("Extra 4% Cash Rebate") on Eligible Spending conducted with the New Card and fulfilled the spending requirement mentioned in clause 11 within the first 4 months from the New Card issuance date ("Spending Period"). The cut off day of the first month of the Spending Period will be defaulted to the last day of the following month. Example1: 1 March is the card issuance date, the first spending period would be from 1 March to 30 April; the second spending period would be from 1 May to 31 May; the third spending period would be from 1 June to 30 June; and the fourth spending period would be from 1 July to 31 July. Example 2: 11 March is the card issuance date, the first spending period would be from 11 March to 30 April; the second spending period would be from 1 May to 31 May; the third spending period would be from 1 June to 30 June; and the fourth spending period would be from 1 July to 31 July.
  4. Extra 4% Cash Rebate will be credited to the New Card account of Cardholder within 2 month after that corresponding spending month and posted on statement. If the rebate amount is with decimal place, the total rebate amount will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. The rebate is only applicable for settling new purchases, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The transaction record of the above mentioned Eligible Spending would be counted according to the Bank's record and the posting date.
  5. Each credit card account is entitled to the Extra 4% Cash Rebate upon accumulating Eligible Spending of HK$3,000 or above each month within the Spending Period and the maximum of total $250 Extra Cash Rebate can be rewarded each month, the maximum cash rebate for 4 months is HK$1,000. If one of the months does not meet the spending of HK $ 3,000 or more, but the other months fulfilled, the extra rebate for the other months will not be affected.
  6. "Eligible Spending" includes retail purchase, cash advance, autopay, recurring payment amount (e.g. Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, Autotoll Automatic Top-up Services etc.), Stocks Investment Savings Plan, interest-free monthly installment amount, gift redemption amount (if applicable), cheque payment amount (if applicable), but excluding the following transactions, including but not limited to Mobile Payment Transaction through mobile application(s) that is/are made available by the Bank from time to time (e.g. Android PayTM, Samsung Pay, etc.), Mobile Transfer Transactions (e.g. PayMe, WeChat Pay, TNG, Tap & Go, etc.), "Happy Installment" installment amount, "Cash-in Plan" amount, Branch Cash-in amount, balance transfer amount, bank handling fee (including annual fee, financial charge, late fee and cash advance handling fee etc), "Payeasy" bill payment amount, "Jet Payment" payment amount, casino transactions, unposted / cancelled / refunded and all unauthorized transactions. Eligible Spending of Supplementary Card will be combined to the Principal Card account.The Bank reserves the final decision for determining if the transaction fulfills the welcome offer requirement.
  7. The Bank will determine the cardholder's eligibility for entitlement of the welcome offer based on the cardholders' transaction records held with the Bank. The relevant credit card should maintain as valid and in good credit standing during the entire Promotion Period, Spending Period and offer fulfillment period. The relevant transactions must be posted. Otherwise, the Bank will reserve the right to forfeit the reward without prior notice.
  8. Cardholders are required to keep all relevant original sales slips. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to request cardholders to submit the relevant original sales slips and other supporting documents for inspection. All sales slips and other supporting documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned.
  9. The welcome offer is not transferable, refundable or cannot be exchanged for cash or any discount.
  10. If Cardholder has redeemed the welcome offer and cancels his/her new Credit Card within 13 months from card-issuance date, the Bank reserves the right to debit a handling fee of HK$300 to the relevant Principal Card account without prior notice.
  11. The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Bank.
  12. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of the Dah Sing Credit Card and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  13. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

Dah Sing ONE+ Credit Card "Happy Installment" Plan Promotion ("The Promotion"):

  1. Promotion period is from June 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 (both dates inclusive) ("The Promotion Period").
  2. The Promotion is only applicable to brand new Principal cardholders (i.e. did not hold/cancel any Principal or Supplementary Credit Card issued by Dah Sing Bank, Limited ("The Bank") in the past 12 months) who successfully apply for Dah Sing ONE+ Credit Card within the Promotion Period ("Eligible Cardholder").
  3. Eligible Cardholder who successfully applies for the "Happy Installment" Plan ("the Plan") within the Promotion Period with the installment transaction amount of HK$10,000 or above is entitled to 0.15% monthly handling fee.
  4. The Annualized Percentage Rates ("APR") for 0.15% monthly handling fee based on HK$10,000 installment transaction amount are 3.19% (6-month), 3.51% (12-month), 3.55% (24-month), 3.55% (36-month),3.66% (48-month).
  5. APR is calculated based on the Net Present Value method according to the Code of Banking Practice and is rounded to the nearest two decimal places. An APR is a reference rate which includes the monthly handling fee and other fees and charges of a product expressed as an annualized rate.

  7. The Bank reserves the right to terminate or to amend the above offer and Terms and Conditions at anytime without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  8. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  9. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
