| General Terms and Conditions: |

Offers are valid from 1 January to 31 December 2010 (Unless otherwise specified). |

To enjoy the offers, payments must be settled with any Dah Sing Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Co-branded Cards or Affinity Cards. However, offers are not applicable to Dah Sing RMB Credit Card. |
| 3. |
Offers are applicable to regular-priced items and are not applicable to fixed priced products or discounted and promotional items (Unless otherwise specified). |
| 4. |
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, VIP discounts, discounted card, gift certificate and cannot be exchanged to cash, other products/food/services, discounts or non-transferable. |
| 5. |
Offers shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the relevant merchant’s business. |
| 6. |
Dah Sing Bank is not the supplier of any products/food/services offered to Cardholders and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality and availability of the products/food/services. Dah Sing Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality in respect of products/food/services supplied under this program. Any enquiry or complaint about the products/food/services should be directed to the relevant participating merchants. |

Dah Sing Bank and participating merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel or amend the offers at any time without prior notice. |

Should any disputes arise, the decision of Dah Sing Bank and participating merchants shall be final. |
| 9. |
In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. |

| Dining Offer's Terms and Conditions: |
| 1. |
Offer are not valid on public holidays and its eves, festive days and its eves and black-out dates such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day etc (Unless otherwise specified). |
| 2. |
Offers are valid for dine-in only and advance booking is required. Cardholders should indicate payment is settle by Dah Sing Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Co-branded Cards or Affinity Cards before ordering. Offers are not applicable to discounted Set Meals / dishes (Unless otherwise specified). |
| 3. |
Offers are not applicable for private parties; banquets, special functions, room services, drinks, cigarette and liquor, any special promotion items/menus and ticket sales events, tea & condiments and 10% service charge are excluded (Unless otherwise specified). |
| 4. |
If any food items are sold out, participating merchants reserves the right to substitute with alternative items without prior notice. |
