Offers are valid from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012 (unless otherwise specified).

To enjoy the offers, payments must be settled with any Dah Sing Bank Credit Card, Spending Card, Debit Card, Co-branded Card or Affinity Card (applicable to the credit card transferred from MEVAS Bank). However, offers are not applicable to Dah Sing RMB Credit Card, Renminbi Currency Account of Dual Currency Credit Card and Private Label Card (unless otherwise specified).

Offers are only applicable to regular-priced items and are not applicable to fixed priced products, selected items or discounted and promotional items (unless otherwise specified).

These offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, discount cards, VIP cards, cash vouchers and gift vouchers.

These offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, food, services or discounts.

Offers shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the relevant merchant' s business.

Dah Sing Bank is not the supplier of any products/food/services offered to Cardholders and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality and availability of the products/food/services. Dah Sing Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality in respect of products/food/services supplied under this program. Any enquiry or complaint about the products/food/services should be directed to the relevant participating merchants.

Dah Sing Bank and participating merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel or amend the offers at any time without prior notice.

Should any disputes arise, the decision of Dah Sing Bank and participating merchants shall be final.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Offers are not valid on public holidays and eves, festive days and eves and black-out days such as Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day etc (unless otherwise specified).

Offers are valid for dine-in food only and advance booking is required. Cardholders should indicate payment to be settled by Dah Sing Bank Credit Card, Spending Card, Debit Card, Co-branded Card or Affinity Card (applicable to the Credit Cards transferred from MEVAS Bank) before ordering. Offers are not applicable to discounted Set Meals /dishes (unless otherwise specified).

Offers are not applicable for private parties, banquets, special functions, room services, drinks, cigarette and liquor, any special promotion items/menus and ticket sales events, tea & condiments and 10% service charge (unless otherwise specified).

If any food items are sold out, participating merchants reserve the right to substitute with alternative items without prior notice.
