  • Maximum loan amount equal to 95% (green form) or 90% (white form) of the property value
  • Loan tenure up to 25 years
 
Sandwich Class Housing Scheme
  • Maximum loan amount equal to 90% of the property value.
  • Loan tenure up to 30 years
 
Tenants Purchase Scheme 
  • Maximum loan amount is 100%# of the property’s purchase price, with loan tenure of up to 25 years
  • No partial repayment charge or early redemption fee.
    # Excluding deposit/intention money paid to the Hong Kong Housing Authority.
 
Urban Renewal Relocation Loan 
  • Maximum loan amount equal to 90% of the compensation balance offered by the Urban Renewal Authority and the Hong Kong Housing Society, with a minimum loan amount of HKD100,000.
  • Loan tenure can be as long as one year or until the transaction date as stipulated in the sale and purchase contract of the original property, whichever is the sooner.
  • Only the loan interest is paid during the loan period and then a one-off repayment of the principal amount is paid on the due date.
