This Tax Cash-in Plan ("the Plan") is only applicable to Dah Sing Principal Credit Cardholders, not applicable to Supplementary Card, Corporate Card, Cash Card, Debit Card, Spending Card, Go Smart Card, Private Label Card and Balance Transfer Account. |

The Cash-in amount of each application should be at least HK$3,000 and should not exceed the total amount of the available credit limit plus installment credit limit. All credit limits may be cancelled at any time by Dah Sing Bank ("the Bank") without condition or prior notice. If the approved amount is less than applicant's requested Cash-in amount, the Bank has the right to decide the approved amount without prior notice. |

The Annualized Percentage Rates ("APR") of the Plan are calculated according to the Net Present Value Method specified in the Code of Banking Practice.

Applicant can get a HK$50 Cash Rebate ("Cash Bonus") for his / her every application and every approved amount of HK$25,000 of the plan within the promotion period. The Cash Bonus will be credited to applicants designated Dah Sing Credit Card Account as spending credit in June 2010. To be eligible for Cash Bonus, the Relevant Account and the Plan must be valid and in good credit standing at the time the rebate to be credited. The rebate amount cannot be exchanged to cash and cannot be transferred. |

The approval process of the Plan application requires 2 weeks from receipt of request, notification letter will be mailed to applicant upon approval. Any application once accepted by the Bank is irrevocable. The approved amount will be deducted from the available credit limit and available installment limit of applicant's designated Dah Sing Credit Card. The Bank has the right to credit the approved amount to the designated bank account (joint account, credit card account and loan account are not applicable) in whatever means, and applicant shall be responsible for any fees and charges incurred (if applicable). |

The Bank shall not be liable if the Bank cannot approve the Plan due to applicant cannot provide a copy of the passbook front page / the latest bank statement of the designated bank account, or if the Bank is not able to contact the applicant to confirm application details. |

If applicant prefers to authorize the Bank to pay tax directly to Inland Revenue Department, the Bank will settle tax on behalf of the applicant within 7 working days upon approval and is only applicable to tax payment for 2008/09 Tax Demand Note. The tax payment date depends on the approval status of the application, the Bank is not liable to any late tax payment or other tax payment related charges. If the approved amount is less than the tax payment amount, applicant need to make the payment to Inland Revenue Department on the difference.

The monthly repayment amount will be debited from the designated Credit Card account (the "Relevant Account"). The repayment amount per installment is calculated by dividing the total installment amount by the number of tenors plus the monthly handling fee as defined by the Bank. Should there be any decimal place in the monthly repayment amount, it will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.

No financial charge will be calculated provided that the customers make full amount of the credit card statement balance on or before the payment due date. For customers who make partial payment of the credit card statement balance, customer shall pay a finance charge on any monthly installment amount due but unpaid at the prevailing interest rate of customers' credit card account. |

For early settlement of outstanding installment amount, an Installment Plan Cancellation Fee of HK$300 will be charged by the Bank and application will not eligible for the handling fee rebate offer and Cash Bonus or is required reimburse the Bank Handling fee rebate offer and Cash Bonus by paying an amount equal to the amount rebated (if applicable). In addition, the Bank is authorized to charge all the remaining not yet posted monthly repayment amount, including the monthly handling fee to the Relevant Account. The Bank is also authorized to demand immediate payment of all sums outstanding under these terms and conditions and all fees incurred by the Plan, whether or not reflected in the monthly statement or due. Applicant will be bound by the terms and conditions of this Plan from time to time in force. |

The Plan will not be eligible to Credit Card Instant Cash Reward, Cash Rebate and Bonus Point Scheme, Mileage Reward and "JFT Dollars". |

The Bank reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions (including interest rate / handling fee). Applicant will be bound by the terms of the Dah Sing Credit Card Cardholder Agreement (the "Agreement") announced and adopted on the day of the application as well as the terms provided by the Bank regarding the loan and repayment (including interest rate and other fee). A copy of the Agreement could be obtained from Credit Card Center. |

Applicant confirms that all information provided in this application form is true and correct and authorize the Bank to verify this from any source the Bank may choose. Applicant agrees to authorize the Bank to pass details of the applicant's personal data to or obtain the same from any credit reference agencies or other financial institutions at the discretion of the Bank for credit assessment. |

Applicant agrees the Bank has the right to approve or reject the Plan application without giving any reason and also agrees the Bank holds the right to make final decision on the approved amount. Applicant also agrees to abide by and accept all the terms and conditions which the Bank may revise at any time. In case the application form is sent by online, fax or mail, the Bank shall be entitled to treat the online, faxed or mailed copy received as true and correct in all respects and be binding to the applicant. In case application is done via phone, the Bank shall be entitled to treat the conversation between the applicant and the customer service representative as true and correct in all respects and be binding to the applicant. |

If the applicant has any relationship with any of the Banks directors or employees, the applicant will inform the Bank in written notice. |
| 16. |
In case of any disputes, the Bank's decision shall be final and binding. |
| 17. |
The terms and conditions contained herein shall form part the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and be construed accordingly. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this document, the English version shall prevail. |
