Each new Principal Cardholder can enjoy the Welcome Offer only ONCE regardless of the number of Doraemon Credit Card applied. Gift choice cannot be changed once confirmed and cannot be converted in cash. |

For Cardholders who have chosen "Doraemon Radio & Speaker" or "Doraemon Bedding Set", they have to accumulate retail purchase or cash advance of HK$2,800 or above within the first 2 months from card issuance, in order to be entitled to the Welcome Offers. |

"Up to HK$60,000 Interest Free Cash-in Installment": It is not applicable to cardholders who have ever held / cancelled any Dah Sing Bank Credit Cards (either Principal or Supplementary Card) in the past 12-month. For those who failed to meet this requirement, the Bank shall amend the gift preference to "Doraemon Bedding Set". The Cardholders still have to meet spending requirement as stated in Clause 2 in order to get the gift. The successful applicants of Dah Sing Credit Cards listed on this webpage can enjoy up to HK$60,000 and 15-month interest-free Cash-in Installment without any spending requirement. The minimum amount for "Interest Free Cash-in Installment" is HK$3,000 while the maximum is HK$60,000 (depends on the approved credit limit of Dah Sing Credit Card account). Dah Sing Bank (the "Bank") has the absolute discretionary right to determine "Interest Free Cash-in Installment" amount. "Interest Free Cash-in Installment" amount reply slip will be mailed to the Principal Cardholder within 1 month whilst his/her credit card has been approved. Applicant is required to return the reply slip and required documents within 60 days of card issuance. When the Bank receives the reply slip, the Bank will credit the approved "Interest Free Cash-in Plan Installment" amount to the applicant's designated personal Hong Kong dollar currency bank ("the Relevant Account") within 7 working days. The receivable bank may deduct the handling fee from the Relevant Account. The Bank is not liable for the mentioned handling fee or any interest or other expense caused by this. The applicant has to arrange the amount with receivable bank for the expense or interest directly (if applicable). The Bank will debit the Credit Card Account with the approved "Interest Free Cash-in Installment" amount by 15 consecutive monthly installments, commencing from such date as the Bank may prescribe at its discretion. The Bank will debit an amount equivalent to the "Interest Free Cash-in Installment" amount from the credit limit of the Credit Card Account until the last installment has been debited. The Bank will proportionally increase the deducted credit limit every month after the Bank successfully debits the Credit Card Account with the installment amount due. On default of payment of any monies due under the Credit Card Account or in case of breach of any provisions of the applicable terms and conditions governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card Cardholder Agreement ("Agreement") or any of these terms and conditions by applicant or in case of cancellation or termination of the Credit Card Account or "Interest Free Cash-in Installment" for whatever reason, all outstanding installments or balance or monies owing under these terms and conditions shall immediately due and payable by applicant and shall at the absolute discretion of the Bank, be debited against the Credit Card Account and an installment plan cancellation fee of HK$300 will be charged by the Bank, therefore, the Agreement shall apply to all the said installments or balance. The Bank has the right to accept or reject any application without providing any reason. "Interest Free Cash-in Installment" is not applicable for "Cash Reward Scheme". Even if these terms and conditions have to be stipulated by other articles, the Bank has the right to inform the applicant to suspend or terminate "Interest Free Cash-in Installment". These terms and conditions shall form part of the Agreement and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any inconsistency discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail. |

The accumulated spending amount for the Welcome Offers includes transactions of retail purchases, cash advances, "Jetso Installment", "Cash-in Plan", posted balance transfer, payeasy bill payment, interest-free installment and Octopus AAVS; the following transactions are excluded, including but not limited to bank handling fees (annual fee, financial charges, late fees and cash advance handling fee), casino transactions, unposted / cancelled / refunded and all unauthorized transactions. The retail spending / cash advance of Supplementary Cardholder will be combined with the Principal Cardholder's account. |

The redemption letter regarding the welcome gift will be sent to the eligible Principal Cardholder within one month upon fulfilling the spending requirement and the relevant Credit Card Account must be valid and in good standing status at the time of issuing the redemption letter, otherwise Cardholder will not be entitled to the welcome gift. Gift redemption is bound by respective Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions are set out on the redemption letter. |

Welcome Offers listed above are on a first-come-first-serve basis while stocks last. In the event that the gift item is out of stock, Dah Sing Bank (the "Bank") reserves the right to substitute the Welcome Offer with another offer without prior notice. |

The manufacturers and/or suppliers of the gifts are solely responsible for the quality, availability and warranty of the products supplied, and the Bank has no liability for the quality, availability and warranty of the same. |

If Principal Cardholder cancels his/her Doraemon Credit Card within 13 months of card-issuance date, the Bank reserves the right to debit a handling fee of HK$300 to the relevant Principal Card Account without prior notice. |

The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice. |

All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of the Bank. |

"Cash Reward" is calculated base on individual transactions, individual transaction with amount less than HK$200 will NOT be entitled to any "Cash Reward". Extra HK$1 "Cash Reward" will be offered for every transactions of HK$200 made on cardholder's birthday with the Card. Taking a single transaction with HK$400 as an example:

"Cash Reward" will be posted monthly:

For customers who successfully applied for Doraemon Kids Savings Accounts, the "Cash Reward" earned by both Principal Cardholder and Supplementary Cardholders will be credited into designated Doraemon Kids Savings Accounts. In case more than one Doraemon Kids Savings Account was setup, the "Cash Reward" will be divided proportionally among all Doraemon Kids Savings Accounts; "Cash Reward" will be divided down to unit dollar and remainder will be credited to the first created Doraemon Kids Savings Account (according to the Bank's record). "Cash Reward" is only applicable to the Doraemon Kids Savings Accounts that applied together with Doraemon Credit Cards, and maximum 3 accounts can be linked with each Doraemon Credit Card. For customers who failed to apply for Doraemon Kids Savings Accounts, "Cash Reward" will be credited to their Doraemon Credit Card accounts. |

For customers who did not apply for Doraemon Kids Savings Accounts, the "Cash Reward" earned by Principal Cardholder and Supplementary Cardholders will be credited into their Doraemon Credit Card accounts respectively. |
| iii. |
If customers cancel or charge off relevant transactions after posting "Cash Reward", the Bank reserves the right to debit the amount equivalent to the value of "Cash Reward" given to customers from the credit card account without prior notice. |

"Cash Reward" that posted into credit card account is only applicable for settling new purchases, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. |

Remarks:
‧The annual interest rates of retail transactions and cash advance for Doraemon Credit Card are 24% and 30% respectively. According to the Net Present Value (NPV) Method specified in the Code of Banking Practice, the Annualized Percentage Rates ("APR") of retail transactions and cash advance are 25.84% and 36.09% respectively.
‧Dah Sing Bank reserves the rights to make the final decisions on the approval of credit card
‧Dah Sing Bank reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.
‧In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
‧All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of Dah Sing Bank.
