For Principal Cardholder who chooses “Olevia HD Settle Box”, he/she will receive 1 gift redemption letter upon accumulated HK$2,800 retail spending or cash advance within the first 2 months from card-issuance. Cardholders have to fulfill any one of the following criteria in order to be entitled to the Welcome Gift:

a) Free redemption: Cardholders have to present TWO “Olevia HD Settle Box” redemption letters (i.e. 2 Principal Cardholders each accumulated HK$2,800 retail spending or cash advance within the first 2 months from card-issuance), in order to redeem ONE “Olevia HD Settle Box” for free at gift redemption centre.

b) Redeem with HK$260 redemption price: Cardholders with ONE “Olevia HD Settle Box” redemption letter are eligible to redeem ONE “Olevia HD Settle Box” with HK$260 redemption price. Cardholders have to bring along with the redemption letter and relevant Dah Sing “My Favorite Merchant” Credit Card to redemption centres in person and settle the redemption price with the Credit Card.

If the cardholder chooses to transfer his/her “Olevia HD Settle Box” redemption letter to another cardholder to redeem for the Welcome Gift mentioned in Clause 3a, he/she is regarded as giving up his/her Welcome Gift entitlement and must authorize the relevant transfer in the redemption letter.

One-year carry-in warranty will be provided for “Olevia HD Settle Box”. Installation service is not included.

Cardholders redeem “Olevia HD Settle Box” can enjoy, on-demand, 200 movies in 6 months for free provided by Anyplex Hong Kong Limited (“Movie Supplier”). Participating cardholders have to register according to the instructions on the “Anyplex Service Application Form” enclosed in the package of the “Olevia HD Settle Box”. All free movies and relevant arrangements are provided by the Movie Supplier. Cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions set out by the Movie Supplier from time to time. Cardholders have to provide personal or other information to the Movie Supplier to be entitled to the relevant service. In case the provision of the service incurs any charges, the cardholder shall be responsible for such charges. Dah Sing Bank is not responsible for the relevant service and the contract of the relevant service between the Cardholders and the Movie Supplier. Any disputes or complaints in respect of the service should be directed to the Movie Supplier. The Service Supplier is solely responsible for the quality, availability and warranty of the services and information provided, and Dah Sing Bank has no liability for the quality, availability and warranty of the same.

“Up to HK$60,000 Interest Free Cash-in Installment” is not applicable to new cardholders who have ever held/cancelled any Dah Sing Bank Credit Cards (either Principal or Supplementary Card) in the past 12-month. For those who failed to meet this requirement, Dah Sing Bank (the “Bank”) shall amend the gift preference to “Yili Purple Clay Multi-function Soup Cooker”. The Cardholders still have to meet spending requirement as stated in Clause 2 in order to get the gift. The Principal cardholders of successful applications of Dah Sing “My Favorite Merchant” Credit Card listed on this webpage can enjoy up to HK$60,000 and 15-month interest-free Cash-in Installment without any spending requirement. The minimum amount for “Interest Free Cash-in Installment” is HK$3,000 while the maximum is HK$60,000 (depends on the approved credit limit of Dah Sing Credit Card account). The Bank has the absolute discretionary right to determine “Interest Free Cash-in Installment” amount. “Interest Free Cash-in Installment” amount reply slip will be mailed to the Principal Cardholder within 1 month whilst his/her credit card has been approved. Applicant is required to return the reply slip and required documents within 60 days of card issuance. When the Bank receives the reply slip, the Bank will credit the approved “Interest Free Cash-in Plan Installment” amount to the applicant's designated personal Hong Kong dollar currency bank (“the Relevant Account”) within 7 working days. The receivable bank may deduct the handling fee from the Relevant Account. The Bank is not liable for the mentioned handling fee or any interest or other expense caused by this. The applicant has to arrange the amount with receivable bank for the expense or interest directly (if applicable). The Bank will debit the Credit Card Account with the approved “Interest Free Cash-in Installment” amount by 15 consecutive monthly installments, commencing from such date as the Bank may prescribe at its discretion. The Bank will debit an amount equivalent to the “Interest Free Cash-in Installment” amount from the credit limit of the Credit Card Account until the last installment has been debited. The Bank will proportionally increase the deducted credit limit every month after the Bank successfully debits the Credit Card Account with the installment amount due. On default of payment of any monies due under the Credit Card Account or in case of breach of any provisions of the applicable terms and conditions governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) or any of these terms and conditions by applicant or in case of cancellation or termination of the Credit Card Account or “Interest Free Cash-in Installment” for whatever reason, all outstanding installments or balance or monies owing under these terms and conditions shall immediately due and payable by applicant and shall at the absolute discretion of the Bank, be debited against the Credit Card Account and an installment plan cancellation fee of HK$300 will be charged by the Bank, therefore, the Agreement shall apply to all the said installments or balance. The Bank has the right to accept or reject any application without providing any reason. “Interest Free Cash-in Installment” is not applicable for “Cash Reward Scheme”. Even if these terms and conditions have to be stipulated by other articles, the Bank has the right to inform the applicant to suspend or terminate “Interest Free Cash-in Installment”. These terms and conditions shall form part of the Agreement and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any inconsistency discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

The accumulated spending amount for the Welcome Gifts includes transactions of retail purchases, cash advances, “Jetso Installment” monthly Installment, “Jetso Cash-in Plan” monthly Installment, balance transfer posted in Dah Sing Credit Card account, bill payment, interest-free monthly Installment and Octopus AAVS; the following transactions are excluded, including but not limited to bank fees and service charges (including but not limited to annual fee, financial charges, late fees and cash advance handling fee, etc.), casino transactions, unposted / cancelled / refunded and all unauthorized transactions. The retail spending and cash advance of Supplementary Cardholders will be combined with the Principal Cardholder's account.
