Just present the relevant sales slips and the promotion leaflet* at Redemption Centre within the below redemption period for redemption. The more you spend, the more you can get! Terms and Conditions: The spending period ("Spending Period") is from 1 February 2014 to 15 March 2014. The redemption period ("Redemption Period") is from 17 February 2014 to 22 March 2014. The Promotion only applies to customers holding Principal Card ("Eligible Cardholder") of Dah Sing Credit Card (including the Bank's UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card) and Co-brand card (including the credit card transferred from MEVAS Bank) ("Eligible Card") except Supplementary Card, Debit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account and Balance Transfer Account ("Non-eligible Cardholder"). Each Eligible Cardholder needs to use the same Eligible Card to make Eligible Spending (definition refers to clause 5 below) of HK$600 or above for 3 times during the Spending Period, present the 3 relevant original sales slips (the transaction date stated on the sales slips must be within the Spending Period) and the original copy of the promotional leaflet at redemption centre in person to redeem HK$50 Mannings Gift Voucher or HK$50 OKASHI LAND Gift Voucher (“Gift”). Authorizing third party for redemption is not permitted for this promotion. Eligible Spending includes local retail transactions made with the Eligible Card. Ineligible Spending includes but not limited to overseas retail transaction (including transactions made in mainland China, Macau etc.), cash advance, Autopay, recurring billing transactions (e.g. Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, Autotoll Automatic Top-up Service etc), Happy Installment, Cash-In Plan, Branch Cash-In Plan, Securities transaction, Balance Transfer Amount, Settle Bills Online via eBanking PayEasy Service, Tax payment, JET payment amount, Monthly repayment of Interest-free Installment Plan, Gift redemption fee (if applicable), Cheque payment (if applicable), Bank fees and service charges (including but not limited to annual fee, financial charge, late charge and cash advance handling fee), casino transactions, unposted / cancelled / refunded / non-machine generated sales slips and any unauthorized transactions. The Bank reserves the final decision of the Eligible Spending definition. During each redemption, Eligible Cardholder needs to present sales slips issued by different merchants. If Eligible Cardholder spends more than once in the same merchant in the same day, only one transaction could be eligible for the promotion. Gifts are available while stock lasts in first-come-first-served basis and cannot be refunded. Each Eligible Cardholder can redeem 5 Gifts in maximum. If an Eligible Cardholder redeems more than 5 Gifts, the Bank may debit the gift cost of HK$50 per Gift starting from the 6th Gifts from the relevant account in or before May 2014 without prior notice. Partial credit card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and cardholder’s signature (if any) should be stated clearly on the sales slips. The Bank is not the supplier of the abovementioned products and Gifts. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant products, Gifts or service should be directed to the relevant supplier. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant product or service. No request for exchange, return or cash refund for any redeemed Gifts will be accepted. The use of the Gifts shall refer to the terms and conditions stated on the Gifts. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative products and replacement if the relevant product is not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice. Quoted prices and types of those products may not be the same as the products provided in this promotion. Offers shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the Participating Merchant / redemption centre's business. All the sales slips for redeeming Gifts in this promotion could be used once and will be stamped after use. Each Cardholder is required to keep the relevant original sales slips. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require the Cardholder to submit the original sales slips and all relevant documents for verification purpose. The Bank will not return all the submitted relevant documents. The relevant Dah Sing Credit Card should maintain as valid and in good credit standing during the entire Spending Period and Redemption Period and the relevant transactions must be posted. The Bank reserves the right to terminate this promotional program or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. In case of disputes, the Bank’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
