1. The online registration form for "YOU Banking Reward – YOU Points" / "Transaction Reward – Double YOU Points" ("Form") is applicable to the eligible customers who would like to register for both "YOU Banking Reward – YOU Points" and "Transaction Reward – Double YOU Points" (each a "Reward", and in general the "Promotion") or only register for the "YOU Banking Reward – YOU Points" (as the case may be) of the Bank ("Customer").
2. Upon successful registration through the Form, a reference number will be issued and shown to Customer. Please mark it down for future reference as it will not be reissued.
3. The Promotion is subject to relevant terms and conditions. By registering through the Form, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of such Promotion. Besides, you have agreed to receive the relevant terms and conditions of this Promotion in non-paper based format, and understand that you shall download and store such information for future reference.
