General Terms and Conditions:
  1. The Promotion only applies to customers holding Principal Card and Supplementary Card (each an "Eligible Cardholder") of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank") Credit Card and Co-brand card ("Eligible Card") except the Bank's Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card and Balance Transfer Account ("Ineligible Account/ Card").
  2. Eligible Cardholders must settle the full payment with Eligible Card to enjoy the relevant offers.
  3. Participating merchants' offer only applicable to designated website and/ or mobile apps. In order to enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardholders are required to input the designated voucher code during payment transaction through designated website or mobile app. If Eligible Cardholders fails to input the designated voucher code and is unable to enjoy the discount offer, the Bank or participating merchant will not bear any responsibility.
  4. Offers are only applicable to regular-priced items and are not applicable to fixed priced products, selected items or discounted and promotional items (unless otherwise specified) (if applicable).
  5. These offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, discount cards, VIP cards, cash vouchers and gift vouchers (unless otherwise specified) (if applicable).
  6. These offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts.
  7. Offers shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the participating merchant's business.
  8. All photos, products price and products information are for reference only. For details, please contact the relevant participating merchants.
  9. All products/ services are provided by participating merchant. The Bank is not the supplier of any products/ services offered to cardholders and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality and availability of the products/ services offered. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality in respect of such products/ services supplied under this program. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about such products/ services should be directed to participating merchants.
  10. Cardholders are required to keep the relevant online transaction confirmation record. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require the Cardholder to submit the online transaction confirmation record and all relevant documents or evidence for verification purpose. All submitted relevant documents and evidence shall not be returned.
  11. The Bank and the participating merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel or amend the offers at any time without prior notice. Should any disputes arise, the decision of the Bank and the participating merchants shall be final.
  12. Offers are subject to availability, the price and offer details may be changed from time to time without prior notice. For details, please contact the relevant participating merchants.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall form part of the applicable Agreements governing the use of the Eligible Cards and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreements, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

  17. Customers may be offered the option to settle foreign currency transactions in Hong Kong dollars at Expedia. Such option is a direct arrangement offered by Expedia and not the card issuer. Customers are reminded to ask Expedia for the foreign currency exchange rates and the percentage of handling fees (a transaction fee for cross border transaction of 1% on the transaction amount will be charged by Visa/ Mastercard and debited to your credit card account) to be applied before the transactions are entered.
  18. In case of any fraud/ abuse/ reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offer is awarded, the Bank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the Offer from the Eligible Cardholders' credit card account without prior notice.
  19. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
 
Terms and Conditions of Expedia Hotel Booking Offer:
  1. Booking period ("Booking Period") is from 1 to 30 June 2018, both dates inclusive. Stay period ("Stay Period") is from 1 June to 30 September 2018, both dates inclusive.
  2. Cardholders are required to make HK$1,000 single transaction on hotel booking ("Eligible Transaction") with designated Eligible Card via the designated Expedia website (www.expedia.com.hk/dahsingsale) ("Designated Website") and enter the designated voucher code prior to proceeding with payment during the Booking Period in order to enjoy the designated discount offer:

  5. Offer is not applicable to rental car, flight only bookings, package only bookings and hotel only bookings of hotels listed at https://www.expedia.com.hk/g/rf/coupon-exclude-hotels.
  6. Applicable to hotel room charges only. Local government taxes and service charges may apply.
  7. Only one voucher code per transaction may be used. For multiple-room booking, the discount will be applied to only one room.
  8. Sample hotel prices are for the stated travel period and are subject to availability
  9. Hotel prices will vary by date, departure city, and availability.
  10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  11. Additional restrictions, minimum stays and blackout dates may apply to individual hotel booking.
  12. The Bank reserves the final decision for determining the eligibility of each transaction.
