General Terms and Conditions

1. Unless otherwise specific, the promotional period is valid from 13 July 2012 to 5 August 2012 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotional Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Eligible Cardholder") of Dah Sing Bank ("The Bank") Credit Card (including the credit card transferred from MEVAS Bank) and Co-brand card ("Eligible Cards"), except Debit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Renminbi Credit Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account and Balance Transfer Account.
3. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to retail transactions made by Eligible Cards during the Promotional Period at the designated merchants at The Link's shopping malls operated by The Link Management Limited ("The Link") Eligible transactions include all posted retail transactions with original credit card sales slips and merchant sales receipts paid with Eligible Cards ("Eligible Transactions") at the designated merchants at The Link's shopping malls. Ineligible transactions include but not limited to (including transactions in Mainland China and Macau, etc.), cash advances, balance transfer, Autopay, recurring billing transactions (e.g. Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, Autotoll Automatic Top-up Service etc), Happy Installment, Cash-In Plan, Branch Cash-In Plan, Securities transaction, Balance Transfer Amount, Settle Bills Online via eBanking PayEasy Service, Tax payment, JET payment amount, Monthly repayment of Interest-free Installment Plan, Gift redemption fee (if applicable), Cheque payment (if applicable), Bank fees and service charges (including but not limited to annual fee, financial charge, past due charges and cash advance handling fee), casino transactions, unposted / cancelled / refunded and any unauthorized transactions.
4. Eligible Cards should maintain as valid and in good credit standing during the entire Promotional Period and at the time the cash rebate is given. Otherwise, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the prize without prior notice.
5. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts.
   
6. Offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, discount cards, VIP cards, cash vouchers and gift vouchers. All photos are for reference only.
   
7. Offer is subject to offer or service availability while stock lasts.
   
8. The Bank is not the supplier of any products/services offered to Cardholders and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality and availability of the products/services. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality in respect of products/services supplied under this program. Any enquiry or complaint about the products/food/services should be directed to the relevant merchants.
   
9. The Bank reserves the right to terminate this promotion program or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the Bank's decision shall be final and conclusive.
   
10. The terms and conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
    

1. The spending period is from 13 July 2012 to 5 August 2012, both dates inclusive, based on transaction date ("Spending Period"). Transaction date is based on the computer record of Dah Sing Bank ("The Bank").
2. The Happy Stamp redemption period is form 13 July 2012 to 5 August 2012 on or before 8pm both dates inclusive ("Stamp Redemption Period"). Happy Stamp redemption service hour is from 12:00noon to 8:00pm ("Stamp Redemption Hour")
3. The gift redemption period is from 13 July 2012 to 18 August 2012, both dates inclusive, ("Gift Redemption Period").
4. Eligible Cardholders are required to use the same Eligible Card to make the Eligible Transactions (as define in Clause 3 of General Terms and Conditions). To redeem the Happy Stamp (details as follow), Eligible Cardholders are required to bring the same day original sales slip of a single transaction of HK$100 in person at the designated The Link Shopping Mall Customer Service Counter. For Eligible Transactions made after the Stamp Redemption Hour, Eligible Cardholders can redeem the Happy Stamp on the next day within at the Stamp Redemption Hour; otherwise the redemption will be forfeited. Sales slips of the Principal cardholder and Supplementary cardholder should be presented separately for gift redemption. Photocopy of Happy Stamp Card and expired Happy Stamp Card are is not acceptable for the redemption.

5. All sales slips presented for redemption must show legibly the card number, the merchant name, transaction date, amount and cardholder signature (if available).
6. Where a cardholder is unable to settle the payment with the Eligible Card because of card damage, faulty magnetic strip or chip or for whatever reasons, the eligibility for this promotion will be forfeited. The Bank and designated merchants do not accept payment by other credit cards or other means for gift redemption.
7. Sales slips once presented and accepted for redemption will be stamped and declared void for further redemption.
8. Eligible Cardholder is required to keep the relevant original sales slips. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Eligible Cardholder to submit the original sales slips and all relevant documents for verification purpose. The Bank will not return all the submitted relevant documents.
9. Upon collecting the required Happy Stamps, Eligible Cardholder are required to bring the Happy Stamp Card and Eligible Card to the Gift Redemption Centre in person for the gift redemption. Third party redemption is not allowed. Each eligible Happy Stamp Card can only redeem for one gift. Gifts are available while stock lasts.
10. For gift redemption, please contact the designated Gift Redemption Centre for stock availability.
11. Happy Stamp Card will be invalid after any alteration on contents. The Bank will not re-issue of any Happy Stamp Card in case of any damage, loss or stolen. Photocopy of Happy Stamp Card is not accepted.
12. All rewards and gifts are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or any discount.
13. All gifts should be bound by the terms and conditions given by the suppliers.
14. The Bank is not the supplier of the products or services. Should there be any enquires, suggestions or complaints regarding the quality of the products or services, customers should contact the relevant suppliers directly. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant products or services.
15. The Bank reserves the right to terminate this promotion program or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the Bank's decision shall be final and conclusive.
