Service Features

Maker and Approver can perform the following functions on 328 Business Mobile Banking:

  • Deposit Interest Rate Enquiry

FPS Fund Transfers and Collection#

  • Register the company's FPS ID for receiving fund via FPS for Free
  • 7 x 24 real-time and scheduled transfer of funds in HKD and RMB to bank account of other local participating banks via FPS
  • Scan payee's QR code to pay
  • Receive funds via QR code generated via 328 Business Mobile Banking

Manage Scheduled FPS Fund Transfers

  • Enquire and update the scheduled FPS fund transfers via 328 Business Mobile Banking

Instant Email and SMS alert

  • Safeguard user account by instant notification of selected transaction status

#Free-of-charge for FPS inward transfer. For the charge of using other services, please refer to the Bank Service Charges on the Bank's Website. In general, inward and/or outward transfers made via FPS will be processed immediately by our Bank. When and how the counterparty banks process the inward/outward transfers depend on the practice of the individual bank.

Security Authentication

Security Authentication includes Fingerprint Authentication, Face ID Authentication, Facial Recognition and Security Passcode Authentication. Approver can authorize instructions on 328 Business e-Banking / Mobile Banking conveniently with Security Authentication via your mobile device that has activated with Security Authentication instead of using a physical security token. The instructions can be approved with Security Authentication are as below:

  • Login to 328 Business Mobile Banking
  • Fund Transfer / Remittance to Third-party Accounts
  • FPS Services
  • Bill Payment to Merchants
  • Payroll
  • Autopay-Out
  • Fixed Deposit
  • MPF Contribution and Contribution File Upload Services
  • Business Card Repayment

SMS One-time Password (OTP)

328 Business Mobile Banking also supports the use of SMS OTP by Approver for authorization of the following instructions in Two-Factor Authentication:

  • Login to 328 Business Mobile Banking
  • Security Authentication service activation
  • Cheque Book Requested on 328 Business e-Banking
  • Transaction approval of instruction made on 328 Business e-Banking / Mobile banking

Transport Layer Security (TLS) Encryption

TLS encryption is employed to ensure confidentiality. TLS is an updated and more secure version of Secure Socket Layer (SSL). It is internationally recognized standards on information security. All data and information transmitted between you and our Bank through the Internet is encrypted by TLS encryption.

How to activate Security Authentication Service?

Please go to 328 Business Mobile Banking, access to "Security Authentication Settings" > select and turn on the switch for the designated Security Authentication method.

Activate Security Authentication Service by Two-factor Authentication such as using SMS One-Time Password (OTP) authentication.

Email and SMS notifications will be sent after successful activation of Security Authentication Service.

Terms and Conditions for Promotion Offer of Service Fee Waivers for FPS Fund Transfer:

  1. The promotion offer is only applicable to company customers of 328 Business e-Banking ("Eligible Customer").
  2. An Eligible Customer can enjoy service fee waiver on all successful single fund transfer which are initiated from its bank account (held in the same name) maintained with Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank") to other local banks via the Faster Payment System ("FPS") on 328 Business e-Banking or 328 Business Mobile Banking from 1 April to 30 November 2019 (both dates inclusive).
  3. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, revise, terminate or withdraw this promotion offer at any time and amend such terms and conditions thereof from time to time, without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  4. For standard service fees in relation to FPS, please refer to the Bank's relevant "Service Charges".
  5. In the case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
