Remarks:

 

  1. Eligible Cardholders who register in phase 1 and meet requirements of eligible online spending during phase 1 and phase 2 will be entitled to cash rebate in both phase 1 and phase 2. If Eligible Cardholders register and meet requirements of eligible online spending within phase 2, only cash rebate in phase 2 will be entitled.
  2. Each Eligible Cardholder (including all the Principal and Supplementary Eligible Card(s) under his/her name) can enjoy a maximum of HK$100 cash rebate each month during the Promotion Period and a maximum of total HK$700 cash rebate throughout the whole Promotion Period.

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Promotion is applicable to customers holding Principal Card and Supplementary Card ("Eligible Cardholder") (including UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card) or Co-brand card issued by Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank") ("Eligible Card") except Debit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account and Balance Transfer Account ("Non-eligible Cardholder"). Unless otherwise specified, some reward is not applicable to UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card. Please refer to the Bank's marketing materials for details.
  2. All rewards cannot be transferred to third parties or other account, redeemable for cash or cash equivalent, exchanged to any other gifts, return for any rewards or settle the statement balance of credit card. All photos are for reference only.
  3. All rewards are on a first-come-first-serves basis while stock lasts. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative rewards and replacement if the relevant reward is not available or any issue arisen without prior notice. Quoted prices and types of the rewards may not be the same as the rewards provided in this promotion.
  4. The use of rewards is subject to the relevant terms and conditions. The Bank is not the supplier of any cash coupon/gift coupon/gifts/products/food/services offered to cardholders and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality and availability of the cash coupon/gift coupon/gifts/products/food/services offered. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality in respect of such cash coupon/gift coupon/gifts/products/food/services supplied under this program. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about such cash coupon/gift coupon/gifts/products/food/services should be directed to Participating Merchants.
  5. The Bank will base on the transaction record of the Bank to determine the eligibility of Cardholder. The relevant Eligible Card should maintain as valid and in good credit standing during the entire Promotion Period and when the reward is offered. The relevant transactions must be posted. Otherwise, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the reward without prior notice.
  6. In the event that any valid online transactions are cancelled or reversed after Cardholders have received the reward of the Promotion, the Bank will debit the whole amount of the relevant reward against Cardholders'fb credit card accounts immediately without prior notice.
  7. Each Cardholder is required to keep the relevant online transaction confirmation record. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require the Cardholder to submit the original sales slips and all relevant documents for verification purpose. The Bank will not return all the submitted relevant documents. The Bank reserves the final decision for determining the eligibility of relevant online transaction.
  8. The Promotion shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the Participating Merchants' business.
  9. The Bank reserves the right to terminate this promotional program or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the Bank and participating merchants' decision shall be final and conclusive.
  10. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  11. In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese version and English version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

 

Terms and Conditions for "Online Spending" Promotion ("Offer 1"):

  1. The Promotion is valid from 1 June to 31 December 2017, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period")
  2. There are 2 phases of Promotion Period, including phase 1 from 1 June to 30 September 2017 (both dates inclusive)("Phase 1") and phase 2 from 1 October to 31 December 2017 (both dates inclusive) ("Phase 2"). Spending is based on transaction date and the record of the Bank.
  3. Eligible Cardholders are required to successfully register by visiting the Bank's website www.dahsing.com/card/online during the Promotion Period ("Registration") and fulfill the spending requirement stated in this Terms and Conditions clause 11 to enjoy cash rebate ("Reward").
  4. Eligible Cardholders who register in Phase 1 and meet requirements of eligible online spending in Phase 1 and 2 will be entitled to cash rebate in both Phase 1 and 2. If Eligible Cardholders register in Phase 2 and meet requirements of eligible online spending, only cash rebate in Phase 2 will be entitled.
  5. If Eligible Cardholder is holding more than one Eligible Card, he/she is required to register once only with any one of his/her Eligible Principal Card(s) for this promotion. Registration by Supplementary Card is not accepted. If Eligible Cardholders fail to register successfully due to wrong information input, the Bank will not send separate notification.
  6. The promotion is applicable to the first 10,000 successful registered Eligible Cardholders. Registration quota applies and based on a first-come-first-served basis. Registration date is based on the record of the Bank.
  7. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the "Up to HK$1,000 Cash Rebate" welcome offer of Dah Sing One+ Credit Card.
  8. Online transactions eligible for cash rebate include retail transactions made online ("Eligible Online Spending"), but not applicable to settling bills online. The Bank will determine the eligibility of Eligible Online Spending based on the merchant code and spending category as defined from time to time by the Bank or card associations. Eligible Online Spending shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank. The Bank shall not be liable to determine the eligibility of any transactions before they are made by the Cardholders. Eligible Spending with the Bank's UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card RMB account will be converted to Hong Kong Dollars based on the conversion rate of 1:1.2 of total spending amount and combined with the Hong Kong Dollar account. The Eligible Spending of Principal Card(s) and Supplementary Card(s) under the same Cardholder will be combined.
  9. Ineligible Spending of the Promotion includes but not limited to Mobile Payment Transaction through mobile application(s) that is/are made available by the Bank from time to time (includes but not limited to Android PayTM, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay), Mobile Transfer and Add Value Transactions (includes but not limited to PayMe, WeChat Pay), unposted / cancelled / refunded and any unauthorized transactions.
  10. Transaction in foreign currency is converted into Hong Kong dollars on the date the item is processed at a rate determined by card associations. For the service charges related to foreign currency transactions, please refer to "List of Service Charges for Dah Sing Credit Card / Debit Card / Private Label Card" issued by the Bank.
  11. Eligible Cardholders are required to meet below Eligible Online Spending during each phase of the Promotion Period with Eligible Card under his/her name (including Principal and Supplementary Card(s)) in order to enjoy cash rebate on the Eligible Online Spending in that particular month:

  13. Each Eligible Cardholder (including all the Principal and Supplementary Eligible Card(s) under his/her name) can enjoy a maximum of HK$100 cash rebate each month during the Promotion Period and a maximum of HK$700 cash rebate during the entire Promotion Period.
  14. Any decimal place for cash rebate amount will be rounded up to the nearest integer
  15. For Eligible Cardholders who have successfully registered and fulfilled the spending requirement as specified in Terms and Conditions clause 11 of the Promotion, the cash rebate will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder's Principal Card account ("Card Account") with the latest spending record during the Promotion Period in the form of Dah Sing Credit Card free spending credit on or before December 2017 (applicable to Eligible Online Spending of Phase 1) and on or before March 2018 (applicable to Eligible Online Spending of Phase 2) respectively and will be shown on the statement of next month. The cash rebate will be used for settlement of new transaction(s).
  16. Eligible Cardholders who have successfully registered for "Online Spending Rebate" Promotion and make single Eligible Online Spending of HK$500 or above with monthly accumulative amount of HK$10,000 or above (or equivalent value), will be entitled to one of the below extra reward ("Extra Reward") in that particular month.

  17. Each Eligible Cardholder (including all the Principal and Supplementary Eligible Card(s) under his/her name) can enjoy a maximum of HK$100 cash rebate for one Extra Reward 2 and a maximum of seven Extra Reward 2 (equivalent to HK$700 cash rebate) during the entire Promotion Period. The cash rebate of Extra Reward 2 will be calculated based on the net transaction amount, that is the policy transaction amount made online after deducting all the relevant cash rebate.
  18. Upon Eligible Cardholder has fulfilled the spending requirement of Extra Reward as specified in Terms and Conditions clause 15 of the Promotion, the Bank will send the redemption details of the Extra Reward to Eligible Cardholder on or before November 2017 (applicable to Phase 1) and on or before February 2018 (applicable to Phase 2) by SMS which valid mobile phone number are latest registered according to the Bank's record. Eligible Cardholders are required to receive or activate the related Extra Reward according to the instruction stated in SMS. In any circumstances, the Bank shall not be liable for any failure of delivery of Extra Reward notification (including, but not limited to, the cardholder failed to register a valid mobile phone number, invalid or inaccurate mobile phone number registered) and will not re-issue the notification.
  19. Extra Reward 1 and Extra Reward 2 are not applicable to UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card.
  20. Online Shopping Insurance ("e+Insurance"f) and JourneySure Travel Insurance is underwritten by Dah Sing Insurance Company (1976) Limited ("Dah Sing Insurance") who is solely responsible for all coverage and compensation, and reserves the right of final approval. The Bank is an authorized insurance agent of Dah Sing Insurance. e+Insurance and JourneySure Travel Insurance is not the products of the Bank. For full terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy, please refer to the relevant policy document. All insurance products are subject to Dah Sing Insurance's terms and conditions. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality in respect of products/services supplied under this program.   21. Personal data of cardholders may be collected by Dah Sing Insurance and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the Personal Information Collection statement of Dah Sing Insurance.
  22. For the purpose of validating the eligibility of receiving Extra Reward, the Eligible Card number of Eligible Cardholder will be transferred or disclosed between Dah Sing Insurance and the Bank. Such data will be destroyed in 12 months after completion of the Extra Reward fulfillment.
  23. No more than one Online Shopping Insurance underwritten by Dah Sing Insurance Company willbe covered for insured person ("Eligible Cardholder"). If insured person has bought and was gifted this policy in conjunction, the policy with the longest protection period is defined as the valid policy. The other policies will be deemed to be void from inception. For details, please contact Dah Sing Insurance directly.
  24. Extra Reward 2 cannot be used in conjunction with Dah Sing Credit Card Birthday 50% off discount and Dah Sing Group Staff offer.

 

Terms and Conditions for "Complimentary Experience upon Designated Online Merchants Spending" ("Offer 2"):

  1. During Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholder with any HK$500 or above (or equivalent value) single Eligible Online Spending at designated online merchants will be entitled to a 3-month Complimentary Experience of e+Insurance ("Complimentary Experience"). This offer is only applicable to Eligible Cardholder who has not ever bought or was gifted the Online Shopping Insurance and they can be entitled once only.
  2. Upon Eligible Cardholder has completed the Eligible Online Transaction, the Bank will send Complimentary Experience notice by SMS to Eligible Cardholder and Terms and Conditions apply.
