Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is applicable to customers holding Principal Card and Supplementary Card ("Eligible Cardholder") (including the Bank's UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card) or Co-brand card issued by Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank") ("Eligible Card") except Debit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account and Balance Transfer Account ("Non-eligible Cardholder").
  2. The use of cash coupon/gift coupon is subject to the relevant terms and conditions printed on the coupon/gift coupon. The Bank is not the supplier of any cash coupon/gift coupon/gifts/products/food/ services/prizes and shall not be responsible for the cash coupon/gift coupon/gifts/products/food/services/prizes offered. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about such cash coupon/gift coupon/other gifts/products/food/services/prizes should be directed to participating merchants.
  3. No request for exchange to cash or other products or return for any rewards/gifts/prizes will be accepted. All photos are for reference only.
  4. Rewards/gifts/prizes are available while stock lasts. The Bank and the participating merchants reserve the right to offer any alternative products and replacement if the relevant rewards/gifts/prizes are not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice.   5. Cardholders are required to keep the relevant original sales slip. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require the Cardholder to submit the original sales slip and all relevant documents or evidence for verification purpose. All submitted original sales slip, relevant documents and evidence shall not be returned.
  6. Offers shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the participating merchant's business.
  7. Offers details are provided by Participating Merchants and are being bound by the relevant Terms and Conditions set out by the Participating Merchants. Please contact the relevant Participating Merchants for details.
  8. The Bank and participating merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel or amend the offers at any time without prior notice. Should any disputes arise, the decision of the Bank and participating merchants shall be final.
  9. Merchants reserve the final right of accepting mobile payment. The Bank is not the supplier of the mobile payment. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant products or services should be directed to the relevant mobile payment service provider. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant products or services.

  11. The terms and conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of the cards and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between the terms and conditions and the Agreement, terms and conditions shall prevail.
  12. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

 

Terms and Conditions of "Pay for Rewards - Up to HK$2,400 Cash Rebate":

  1. Spending period is from 1 December 2017 to 28 February 2018, both dates inclusive ("Spending Period"). Spending is based on transaction date and the record of the Bank. Registration period is from 5 December 2017 to 28 February 2018, both dates inclusive ("Registration Period").
  2. Eligible Cardholder needs to successfully register by calling the Registration Hotline 3760 8688 or visiting the Bank's website (www.dahsing.com/card/festive) during the Registration Period ("Registration") and fulfill the spending requirement stated in this Terms and Conditions clauses 8 to enjoy cash rebate.
  3. If Eligible Cardholder is holding more than 1 Eligible Card, he/she only needs to register once with any one of his/her Eligible Principal Cards for this promotion. Registration by Supplementary Card is not accepted for this promotion. If Eligible Cardholder fails to register successfully due to wrong information input, the Bank will not send any notification.
  4. This Promotion is applicable to the first 10,000 successfully registered Eligible Cardholders. Registration quota applies and on a first-come-first-served basis. Registration date is based on the record of the Bank. This Promotion is not applicable to cardholder who registered for "Selected Customers Spending Rewards" Promotion.
  5. Eligible Spending includes local and overseas retail and online transactions and Mobile Payment Transaction through mobile application(s) that is/are made available by the Bank (includes Android Pay™, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay) ("Eligible Spending"). Ineligible Spending includes but not limited to Mobile Transfer and Add Value Transactions (includes but not limited to PayMe, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go Top-Up Amount), cash advance, Autopay, recurring billing transactions (e.g. Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, Autotoll Automatic Top-up Service etc.), Happy Installment, Cash-In Plan, Branch Cash-In Plan, Stocks Investment Savings Plan, Balance Transfer Amount, Settle Bills Online via eBanking PayEasy Service, Tax payment, JET payment amount, Monthly repayment of Interest-free Installment Plan, Gift redemption fee (if applicable), Cheque payment (if applicable), Bank fees and service charges (including but not limited to annual fee, financial charge, late fees and cash advance handling fee), casino transactions, unposted/cancelled/refunded and any unauthorized transactions. The Bank reserves the final decision for determining the eligibility of each transaction. Eligible Spending with the Bank's UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card RMB account will be converted to Hong Kong Dollars based on the conversion rate of 1:1.2 of total Eligible Spending amount and combined with the Hong Kong Dollar account. The Eligible Spending of Principal Card(s) and Supplementary Card(s) under the same Eligible Cardholder will be combined.
  6. Dining transactions eligible for cash rebate include Eligible Spending in local and overseas restaurants ("Eligible Dining Spending"). Ineligible spending include but not limited to hotel parties, private parties, event parties, banquets, dining outlets in supermarkets/department stores/club houses/private associations. Foreign Currency transactions eligible for cash rebate include Eligible Spending settled in non-Hong Kong dollars ("Eligible Foreign Currency Spending") only. Mobile Payment transactions eligible for cash rebate include Eligible Spending made by Mobile Payment Transaction through mobile application(s) (includes Android Pay™, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay) ("Eligible Mobile Payment Spending"). The Bank will determine the eligibility of Eligible Spending based on the merchant code or spending category as defined from time to time by the Bank or card associations. Eligible Spending shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank. The Bank shall not be liable to determine the eligibility of any transactions before they are made by the Cardholders.
  7. When transaction is conducting in foreign currency, foreign currency transactions shall be converted to Hong Kong Dollars according to the conversion rate from each card association (if applicable) on the transaction clearance date of the Bank. For the service charges related to foreign currency transactions, please refer to "List of Service Charges for Dah Sing Credit Card / Private Label Card" issued by the Bank.
  8. Successfully registered Eligible Cardholder is required to meet below Monthly Eligible Spending amount during the Spending Period with his/her Eligible Card (including Principal and Supplementary Card(s)) in order to enjoy relevant cash rebate on the related Eligible Dining Spending, Eligible Foreign Currency Spending and Eligible Mobile Payment Spending during the same month.

  1. Each Eligible Cardholder (including all Principal and Supplementary Eligible Card(s) under his/her name) can enjoy a maximum of HK$800 Cash Rebate during the monthly Spending Period and a maximum of HK$2,400 Cash Rebate during the entire Spending Period.
  2. Any decimal place for Cash Rebate amount will be rounded up to the nearest integer.
  3. For Eligible Cardholders who have successfully registered and met the spending requirement as specified in Terms and Conditions clause 8, the Cash Rebate will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder's Principal Card account ("Card Account") with the latest spending record during the Spending Period in the form of Dah Sing Credit Card free spending credit on or before 31 May 2018 and will be shown on the statement of next month. The Cash Rebate will be used for settlement of new transaction(s).
  4. Cash Rebate cannot be exchanged or transferred to other account, exchanged to cash or any other gifts or used to settle statement balance.
  5. The Bank will base on the transaction record of the Bank to determine the eligibility of Cardholder. The relevant Eligible Card should maintain as valid and in good credit standing during the entire Spending Period and when the Cash Rebate is offered. The relevant transactions must be posted. Otherwise, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the Cash Rebate without prior notice.
  6. In the event that any valid transactions are cancelled or reversed after Cardholders have received the Cash Rebate of the Promotion, the Bank will debit the whole amount of the relevant Cash Rebate against Cardholders' credit card accounts immediately without prior notice.
  7. Each Cardholder is required to keep the relevant original sales slips (except for online transactions). In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require the Cardholder to submit the original sales slips and all relevant documents for verification purpose. The Bank will not return all the sales slips and submitted relevant documents.

 

Terms and Conditions of "Latest Smart Phone Lucky Draw":

  1. Spending period is from 1 December 2017 to 28 February 2018, both dates inclusive ("Spending Period"). Spending is based on transaction date and the record of the Bank.
  2. Each Eligible Cardholder who successfully register "Pay for Rewards – Up to HK$2,400 Cash Rebate" will be automatically entitled to a lucky draw chance of "Latest Smart Phone Lucky Draw" for every HK$5,000 Monthly Eligible Spending during the Spending Period. There will be 2 winners totally, first winner will be entitled to a Samsung Note 8 (64GB), another winner will be entitled to an iPhone X (64GB) ("collectively known as Prize(s)"). Each winner is entitled to 1 Prize only.
  3. The Bank will allot randomly by computer on or before 31 May 2018 and winners will be notified through letter. Lucky draw result will be announced in the Bank's website.
  4. Cardholder is required to redeem the Prize as instructed on the letter. Under any circumstances that the Prize redemption letter cannot reach the customer (including but not limited to cardholder's mailing address is invalid or incorrect) and consequently the redemption letter cannot be delivered, damaged, lost, stolen or expired, the Bank shall not bear any responsibility and will not resend the letter. Prizes and redemption letters are subjected to the terms and conditions printed on the redemption letter.
  5. This offer is not applicable to the staff of Dah Sing Financial Group and its affiliates.
  6. Lucky Draw result will be randomly allotted. In case of disputes on lucky draw method, winner qualification, lucky draw prize details and all other matters related to lucky draw, the Bank's decision shall be final and conclusive.

 

Terms and Conditions of "Mobile Payment First Transaction HK$20 Cash Rebate":

  1. Spending period is from 1 December 2017 to 28 February 2018, both dates inclusive ("Spending Period"). Spending is based on transaction date and the record of the Bank.
  2. This Promotion is not applicable to the Bank's UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card
  3. Eligible Cardholders are required to successfully register "Pay for Rewards – Up to HK$2,400 Cash Rebate" and fulfill the spending requirement stated in this Terms and Conditions clauses 4 to enjoy cash rebate.
  4. During the Spending Period, Eligible Cardholder will be entitled to a HK$20 Cash Rebate ("Mobile Payment Cash Rebate") upon making the first single Eligible Mobile Payment Spending of HK$20 or above (or equivalent value).
  5. Each Eligible Principal Cardholder is entitled to a maximum of HK$20 Cash Rebate upon adding card to Android Pay™, Apple Pay and/or Samsung Pay during the entire Spending Period.
  6. This promotion is not applicable to Eligible Cardholders who add card to Android Pay™, Apple Pay and/or Samsung Pay on or before 30 November 2017.
  7. Mobile Payment Cash Rebate will be credited into the Eligible Cardholder's Principal Card account in form of credit card free spending credit by 31 May 2018 and will be shown on the statement of next month. Mobile Payment Cash Rebate will be used for settlement of new transaction items and cannot be exchanged or transferred to other account or exchanged to cash or any other gifts. If Cardholders spend with different credit cards during Spending Period, Mobile Payment Cash Rebate will be credited to the Principal Card account with the latest Eligible Mobile Payment Spending according to the Bank's record.
  8. The Bank will base on the transaction record of the Bank to determine the eligibility of Cardholder. The relevant Eligible Card should maintain as valid, still binding with Android Pay™, Apple Pay and/or Samsung Pay, and in good credit standing during the entire Spending Period and when the Mobile Payment Cash Rebate is offered. The relevant transactions must be posted. Otherwise, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the Mobile Payment Cash Rebate without prior notice.

 

Terms and Conditions of "Other Merchant Offers":

  1. Eligible Cardholders must settle the full payment with Eligible Card during the promotion period to enjoy the relevant offers. Some Participating Merchants do not accept UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card. Please refer to the participating merchant for details.
  2. For the promotion period of individual offer, please refer to this promotion website.
  3. Participating Merchants' offer is only available at designated outlets, websites and/or mobile apps (if applicable). Eligible Cardholders are required to input the designated promo code/promotional codeoffer code (if applicable) during payment transaction through designated website or mobile app (if applicable). If Eligible Cardholders fail to input the designated promo code/offer code/coupon code and are unable to enjoy the Offer, the Bank or Participating Merchants will not bear any responsibility.
  4. Offers are only applicable to regular-priced items and are not applicable to fixed priced products, selected items or discounted and promotional items (unless otherwise specified).
  5. Offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, discount cards, VIP cards, cash vouchers and gift vouchers (Unless otherwise specified) (if applicable).
  6. Products/gifts/offers are available while stock lasts.
