In the event of the Purchased Goods are delayed in delivery#, Dah Sing Insurance will pay:


(a) Asia Area: delayed for more than five (5) working days when the shipment has been placed by the Delivery Company; or
(b) Worldwide: delayed for more than seven (7) working days when the shipment has been placed by the Delivery Company; or
(c) By Sea Shipment: delayed for more than five (5) working days after the Estimate Time of Arrival (ETA) of the vessel.

General Terms & Conditions:

  1. The Promotion Period is from 1 June 2017 to 31 December 2017 ("Promotion Period"), both dates inclusive.
  2. The Promotion only applies to customers holding Principal Card (each an "Eligible Cardholder") of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (The "Bank") Credit Card or Co-brand card ("Eligible Card") except the Bank's UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card, Supplementary Card, Debit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account and Balance Transfer Account ("Non-eligible Cardholder")
  3. New Cardholders of Dah Sing Credit Card ("Eligible New Cardholder") refer to the brand new Principal cardholders who (i) successfully applied and approved for Dah Sing ONE+ Credit Card during 1 June 2017 to 31 December 2017 and (ii) did not hold/cancel any Principal or Supplementary Credit Card issued by the Bank in the past 12 months from credit card application date.
  4. Online Transactions refer to any retail transactions made online ("Eligible Online Transactions"), but not applicable to settling bills online. The definition of Online Transactions will be determined by the Bank or any card organizations. Eligible Online Transactions shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank and may be varied from time to time without further notice. The Bank shall not be liable to determine the eligibility of any transactions before they are made by the Cardholders. Ineligible Transactions includes but not limited to Mobile Payment Transaction through mobile application(s) that is/are made available by the Bank from time to time (includes but not limited to Android PayTM, Samsung Pay), Mobile Transfer and Add Value Transactions (includes but not limited to PayMe, WeChat Pay), unposted / cancelled / refunded and any unauthorized transactions.
  5. Transaction in foreign currency is converted to Hong Kong dollars on the date the item is processed at a rate determined by related card associations. For the service charges related to foreign currency transactions, please refer to "List of Service Charges for Dah Sing Credit Card / Debit Card / Private Label Card" issued by the Bank.
  6. Eligible Cardholders must settle the full payment with Eligible Card to enjoy the relevant offers. (If applicable)
  7. Online Shopping Insurance ("e+Insurance") is underwritten by Dah Sing Insurance Company (1976) Limited ("Dah Sing Insurance") who is solely responsible for all coverage and compensation, and reserves the right of final approval. e+Insurance is not the product of the Bank. For full terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy, please refer to the relevant policy document.
  8. The e+Insurance is only applicable to online spending using Dah Sing Credit Cards. For details, please contact Dah Sing Insurance directly.
  9. No more than one e+Insurance will be covered for insured person (i.e. Eligible Cardholder). If insured person has bought and was gifted this policy in conjunction, the policy with the last policy expiry date is defined as the valid policy. The other policies will be deemed to be void from inception. For details, please contact Dah Sing Insurance directly.
  10. Personal data of cardholders may be collected by Dah Sing Insurance and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the Personal Information Collection statement of Dah Sing Insurance. For details, please click here.
  11. All insurance products are subject to Dah Sing Insurance's terms and conditions. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality in respect of products/services supplied under this program. Terms and Conditions of "3-month Complimentary Experience upon Designated Online Merchants Spending" ("Offer 1") and "New Cardholder 3-month Complimentary Experience" ("Offer 2"):

  1. During the Promotion Period, (i) Eligible Cardholder with any HK$500 or above (or equivalent value) single Eligible Online Transaction at designated online merchants, or (ii) Eligible New Cardholder who activate the new card, will be entitled to a 3-month Complimentary Experience of e+Insurance ("Complimentary Experience").
  2. Offer 1 and Offer 2 are applicable to Eligible Cardholder and Eligible New Cardholder who never bought or was gifted the e+Insurance and with valid HKID number in Bank record. They can enjoy this Complimentary Experience once only.
  3. Upon (i) Eligible Cardholder has completed the Eligible Online Transaction, or (ii) Eligible New Cardholder has activated new card, the Bank will send Complimentary Experience notice by SMS to Eligible Cardholder and Eligible New Cardholder within 2 months which are referred to the latest registered valid Hong Kong mobile phone number according to the Bank's record. Eligible Cardholder and Eligible New Cardholder are required to activate the Complimentary Experience according to the instruction stated in SMS and policy will be valid upon received of confirmation email from Dah Sing Insurance. In any circumstances (including but not limited to, the cardholder failed to register a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number, invalid or inaccurate registered Hong Kong mobile phone number), the Bank shall not be liable for any failure of delivery of Complimentary Experience notice and will not re-issue the notice.
  4. Eligible Cardholder should hold the Eligible Card, and maintain it as valid and in good credit standing during the entire Promotion Period and when the relevant Complimentary Experience is sent. The relevant transactions must be posted (if applicable). Otherwise, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit cardholder's eligibility on the relevant Complimentary Experience without prior notice.
  5. In the event that any Eligible Online Transaction is cancelled or reversed (if applicable) after cardholders have received the relevant Complimentary Experience for the Promotion, the Bank reserves the rights to cancel the Complimentary Experience without prior notice.
  6. Cardholder is required to keep the relevant online transaction confirmation record. The Bank reserves the right to request the cardholder to submit the other relevant documents for verification purpose. The Bank will not return all the submitted relevant documents. (If applicable)
