Terms and Conditions:

1.	The office hour of Dah Sing VIP Banking Hotline is 9:00am - 10:00pm, on Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm on Saturday, and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
2.	Customer needs to maintain an average daily balance of HK$500,000 or above in the deposit and investment portfolio for a month to enjoy the No-Bounced Cheque/Autopay Protection in the following month. No-Bounced Cheque/Autopay Protection Overdraft interest will be charged at the rate of P+5% p.a.
3.	HK$100 Cash Rebate (Welcome Gift) is only applicable to brand new cardholders (i.e. have not held / cancelled any Dah Sing VIP Banking Platinum Card (Visa Card) ever) who successfully applied for Dah Sing VIP Banking Platinum Card (Visa Card) Principal Card. Each applicant can only apply for one Dah Sing VIP Banking Platinum Card (Visa Card) and is entitled to the Welcome Gift ONCE only. Welcome Gift cannot be exchanged for cash, other discount or transferred. Upon successful application, the HK$100 Cash Rebate will be credited into the Principal Cardholder’s account in form of credit card free spending credit within 6-8 weeks. The Principal Cardholder’s account must be valid and in good standing at the time of cash rebate credit. Otherwise, Dah Sing Bank reserves the right to forfeit the cash rebate without prior notice. The free Spending Credit can be used for credit card purchase only. It cannot be converted into cash or withdrawn as cash advance and are not transferable. 4.	The 30-day Free Accidental Death Insurance is only applicable to brand new account holders of VIP i-Account. The coverage is valid for a term of 30 days from the i-Account open date. This coverage is provided in accordance with the Master Policy underwritten by Dah Sing Life. Dah Sing Life stands for Dah Sing Life Assurance Company Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability). Dah Sing Bank is an insurance agent authorized by Dah Sing Life. Please contact Dah Sing Life for details and relevant terms of the insurance coverage.
5.	If the average daily balance in your deposit and investment portfolio falls below HK$500,000 in any month, a monthly maintenance fee of HK $200 will be charged.
6.	Dah Sing Bank reserves the rights to revise or terminate the above offers, fees and charges and to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Dah Sing Bank shall be final and conclusive.
7.	In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
