Terms and Conditions:

1.	Deposit interest rate of i-Account will be the Dah Sing Standard HKD Savings Rate plus additional mark-up, subject to a maximum of Dah Sing 1-month Fixed Deposit Rate plus 0.125% or 1-month HKD HIBOR, whichever is lower. Such interest rate will be applied to your VIP i-Account Save & Check Account in the following month. Interest Rate Mark-Up is applicable to the credit balance of the VIP i-Account Save & Check Account and is not applicable to the Multi-Currency Deposit Account. To enjoy Interest Rate Mark-Up, the account of all other Dah Sing Bank services held by each VIP i-Account holder must be in a normal status.
2.	Customer needs to maintain an average daily balance of HK$500,000 or above in the deposit and investment portfolio for a month to enjoy the No-Bounced Cheque/Autopay Protection in the following month. No-Bounced Check/Autopay Protection Overdraft interest will be charged at the rate of P+5% p.a.
3.	If customers terminate the VIP Banking Service, Dah Sing Bank reserves the right to charge the annual fee of credit card (the annual fee of Dah Sing VIP Banking Platinum Card is HK$1,500) without prior notice. Principal Cardholders are entitled to HK$100 Free Spending Credit (welcome offer) upon successful application of Dah Sing VIP Banking Platinum Card who did not cancel or hold any Dah Sing VIP Banking Platinum Card in the past 12 months. Each principal applicant can only apply one Dah Sing VIP Banking Platinum Card and entitle to the welcome offer ONCE.
4.	Please contact your relationship manager or any branch of Dah Sing Bank for locations providing priority counter services.
5.	The 30-days Free Accidental Death Insurance is only applicable to brand new account holders of VIP i-Account. The coverage is valid for a term of 30 days from the i-Account open date. This coverage is provided in accordance with the Master Policy underwritten by Dah Sing Life Assurance Company Limited (Dah Sing Life). Please contact Dah Sing Life for details and relevant terms of the insurance coverage.
6.	If the average daily balance in your deposit and investment portfolio falls below HK$500,000 in any month, a monthly maintenance fee of HK $200 will be charged.
7.	Dah Sing Bank reserves the rights to revise or terminate the above offers, preferential rate and fees and change and to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Dah Sing Bank shall be final and conclusive.
8.	In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
