The Welcome Offers are only applicable to customers who newly open / upgrade to Dah Sing VIP Banking (New Customers) of the Bank and not applicable to Dah Sing Hello Kitty VIP Banking customers. New Customers refer to customers who do not maintain or cancel Dah Sing VIP Banking or Dah Sing Hello Kitty VIP Banking (either individual or joint name) during the period from 1 May 2011 to 31 October 2011 and join Dah Sing VIP Banking during the Promotion Period.
During the Promotion Period, New Customers who set up a HKD fixed deposit with New Fund of HK$500,000 or above for at least 3 months, 2 Sky100 – ICC Observation Deck Redemption Tickets ("Sky100 Redemption Tickets") (reference price HK$300) will be rewarded. New Customers may choose HK$200 Cash Coupon in replacement of 2 Sky 100 Redemption Tickets. New Customers must confirm the selection of Sky 100 Redemption Tickets or Cash Coupon at the time open/upgrade to Dah Sing VIP Banking and there is no amendment after the confirmation. During the Promotion Period, New Customers successfully enroll in designated banking services will be entitled to Cash Reward. Designated banking services include (i) use New Fund to set up a HKD Fixed Deposit for at least 3 months at designated amount ("Fixed Deposit Service"), (ii) newly open securities account and execute at least one trade ("Securities Service"), (iii) enroll in life insurance plans and the policy is approved ("Life Insurance Service") and (iv) enroll in designated investment services ("Investment Services"). Except the designated banking service (iii) which relates to the application of life insurance plans, the account holders who enroll in other designated banking services are required to be identically the same as the account holders of the Dah Sing VIP i-Account. The amount of Cash Reward will be based on the number of designated services that all the account holders have enrolled in for each Dah Sing VIP i-Account during the Promotion Period. Each New Customer and each newly opened / upgraded Dah Sing VIP i-Account is entitled to the Cash Reward for each designated Banking service once only and the cap is HK$1,700. During the Promotion Period, New Customers newly open securities account (customers are required to have no sole-named or joint-named securities account during the period from 1 May 2011 to 31 October 2011) and execute at least one trade during the Promotion Period will enjoy HK$300 Cash Reward.

The maximum cash rebate is 1% of the 70% of the property price or the valuation, whichever is lower. This offer is only applicable to residential mortgage and mortgage plans for self-use, excluding mortgage plans of properties under government subsidy, industrial or commercial properties and car park. HK$100 Cash Rebate (Welcome Gift) is only applicable to brand new cardholders (i.e. have not held / cancelled any Dah Sing VIP Banking Platinum Card (Visa Card) ever) who successfully applied for Dah Sing VIP Banking Platinum Card (Visa Card) Principal Card. Each applicant can only apply for one Dah Sing VIP Banking Platinum Card (Visa Card) and is entitled to the Welcome Gift ONCE only. Welcome Gift cannot be exchanged for cash, other discount or transferred. Upon successful application, the HK$100 Cash Rebate will be credited into the Principal Cardholder’s account in form of credit card free spending credit within 6-8 weeks. The Principal Cardholder’s account must be valid and in good standing at the time of cash rebate credit. Otherwise, The Bank reserves the right to forfeit the cash rebate without prior notice. New Fund is defined as fund newly deposited at the Bank, using a cheque drawn on other bank, inward CHATS or T/T in HKD during the Promotion Period and exclude fund transfer from the existing account of the Bank. In case of any disputes in relation to the definition of New Fund, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
Sky100 Redemption Tickets/cash coupon/gifts are available while the stock lasts. If Sky100 Redemption Tickets/cash coupon/gifts are out of stock, Dah Sing Bank/Dah Sing Life/Dah Sing Insurance reserves the right to offer an alternative gift with similar value as replacement.
