The promotion period is valid from 7 February to 30 April 2012 ("Promotion Period").
The Online Application Lucky Draw ("the Lucky Draw") is only applicable to customers who make online applications for Dah Sing Bank ("the Bank") Personal Instalment Loans, including Tax Loan, Express Money, e-Cash Instalment Loan and Credit Mastermind; or Personal Revolving Loans, including In-Money and e-Cash Revolving Loan ("Loan").
Customers should successfully withdraw the Loan from 7 February to 30 April 2012 in order to be eligible to enroll in the Lucky Draw ("Eligible Customers").
Eligible Customers will be entitled to one lucky draw entry for each eligible Loan application. Customers will get one extra lucky draw entry for each additional successful Loan application and withdrawal.
The Lucky Draw will be taken place on 10 May 2012 ("Lucky Draw Day"), where 3 winners will be chosen randomly by computer from the pool of Eligible Customers. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, Eligible Customer's Loan account must be valid, has good repayment record and has no early settlement before the Lucky Draw Day.
The winner will be eligible for an Olympus Digital Camera (model: XZ-1) ("Gift"). The Lucky Draw result will be announced on the Bank's website at www.dahsing.com on or before 28 May 2012 ("Result Announcement Day"). The Bank will notify the lucky draw winner regarding reward details by mail. The Gift is not redeemable for cash or transferrable to other gifts, and no changes will be given. The Bank is not the supplier of the Gift, and is not liable for any products or services provided by individual companies. Should there be any enquires or complaints regarding the quality of the products or services, customer should contact the product suppliers directly. In the case of insufficient stocks, the Bank has the right to use other products for replacement at any time without prior notice.
The Bank reserves the right to terminate the above offers or to amend their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
