Up to HK$2,088 Cash Rebate ("Cash Rebate") are applicable to customers who apply for both Express Money and In-Money. Customers who drawdown Express Money on or before 30 June 2013 with loan amount HK$900,000 or above, HK$500,000-HK$899,999, HK$200,000-HK$499,999, HK$50,000-HK$199,999 and HK$5,000-HK$49,999, may enjoy HK$2,088, HK$1,200, HK$600, HK$300 and HK$100 Cash Rebate respectively. The "30-Minute Approval and Disbursement" is applicable only to phone-in or walk-in customers who submit all of the required documents on the application date. The process starts from the moment that Dah Sing Bank ("the Bank") staff confirm receipt of all the required documents and information with the customers. The application should comply with the general loan approval procedures of the Bank and should not exceed a loan amount of HK$100,000. Customers should choose to draw their loan at branches. This service is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturdays, which may be subject to change according to the actual circumstances.

An instantly approved loan amount service ("the Service") is available to phone-in or walk-in customers who submit loan applications at the following times and provide the required documents upon application.

No prior notice will be given if there is any change on the Service available time. The Bank may not offer the Service if customers do not provide the required documents or the loan applications do not fulfill the approval requirements of the Service. The instantly approved loan amount is for reference only. The Bank reserves the final right to make a decision on the final approval result of the loan amount and to terminate or to amend the Service at anytime.

Customers who successfully apply for and drawdown an Express Money account during the Promotion Period may enjoy a First 2 Months Interest Free Payment Holiday ("Payment Holiday"). The first instalment date will be deferred after the payment holiday period (i.e. the first repayment will be effective starting from 2 months upon loan drawdown), and thus the whole loan tenor will be extended for one month accordingly (e.g. for loan drawdown on 8 March 2013, the first repayment date will be 8 May 2013). The repayment date of individual customers may vary. If customers early redeem the loan before the first repayment date (e.g. 8 May 2013 from the above example), the Bank will charge the Early Settlement Handling Fee $500 for all outstanding loan amount[the original Early Settlement Fee is equivalent to 2.5% of the outstanding loan amount(minimum HK$500)] and waive the first month's interest charge, but customers have to pay the outstanding principal to the Bank. The Early Settlement Handling Fee $500 promotion is applicable to customers who have not early redeemed Express Money in the past 6 months. If customers had early redeemed Express Money in the past 6 months or early redeem the loan on the first repayment date and afterwards (e.g. 8 May 2013 from the above example), the Bank will charge the Early Settlement Handling Fee, outstanding principal and the accrued interest of the month as usual. The Bank reserves the right to amend the above Early Settlement Handling Fee. For details of the latest fees and charges, please refer to the "Bank Service Charges" or contact the Bank's staff. The "HK$100 Cash Reward" is only applicable to customers who successfully apply for and drawdown an Express Money account during the Promotion Period and use the Bank account for loan repayment (not applicable to FlexiMoney Overdraft facility accounts / joint-name accounts) ("Cash Reward").The Cash Reward will be credited to eligible customers' repayment accounts on or before 31 August 2013. To enjoy the Cash Rebate and/or Cash Reward, customers' Express Money accounts must be valid on the Cash Rebate and/or Cash Reward date. They must maintain good repayment records and make no early settlement upon fulfillment. Customers who make an early settlement during the repayment period will be subject to an Early Settlement Handling Fee and refund of the full Cash Rebate and/or Cash Reward amount without prior notice.

Professionals include chartered/ certified accountants, chartered architects, chartered engineers, lawyers, doctors and chartered surveyors. The Bank reserves the final right to interpret the definition of professional occupation.

A loan tenor of 61 months or above is available only to property owners. It is not on its own merits available to new job starters.

New job starter applicants must be aged from 18 to 30 and must be currently employed. The employment period must be within 6 months. The loan amount is up to HK$50,000.
