The "HK$100 Cash Rebate" is only applicable to customers who successfully apply for and drawdown an e-Cash Instalment Loan during the Promotion Period, and the disbursement and repayment account of the loan belongs to one of the followings: Dah Sing savings accounts / current accounts / integrated accounts (not applicable to FlexiMoney Overdraft facility accounts / joint accounts). To enjoy the Cash Rebate, customers' e-Cash Instalment Loan accounts must be valid, have good repayment records and have no early settlement. The Cash Rebate will be credited to Eligible customers' repayment accounts on or before 1 August 2013. Customers who make early settlement during the repayment period will be subject to an early settlement penalty and refund of the full Interest and/or Cash Rebate amount without prior notice.

The daily interest of approximately HK$2.7 (rounded up to first decimal place) is calculated based on interest of monthly flat rate of 0.8% and assumed a loan amount of HK$10,000 and 30 days per month. According to the Guideline on the Code of Banking Practice, with monthly flat rate of 0.8%, a loan amount of HK$10,000 and a loan tenor of 12 months, the annualised percentage rate is 21.1% with a credit life premium of 1% p.a. included and rounded it to the nearest two decimal places. The Bank will examine and approve the customer's application on the basis of his or her credit status and determine the interest rate to which he or she is entitled.

The Bank will examine and approve the customer's application and determine the first 3 months introductory interest rate (if applicable) and the annual interest rate thereafter to which he or she is entitled, on the basis of his or her credit status. Customers who meet the requirements specified by the Bank, the first 3 months introductory interest rate will be 6.88%p.a. (annualised percentage rate 7.10%), and the interest rate thereafter will be 22%p.a. (annualised percentage rate 24.36%), or else the first 3 months introductory rate will not be applicable, and the interest rate will be adjusted to 30%p.a. (annualised percentage rate 34.49%). The annualised percentage rate is calculated as according to the Guideline on the Code of Banking Practice, excluding the annual fee and the handling fee and rounded it to the nearest two decimal places.

The cash withdrawal fee is 3% of the withdrawal amount (minimum HK$55) and will not be charged for a loan disbursement.

The annual fee is 1% of the credit limit (minimum HK$300, maximum HK$1,000) and the annual fee for the first year will be waived for successful applications.

Instantly approved loan amount service ('the Service') is available to phone-in or walk-in customers who submit the loan applications at the following time, and provide the required documents upon application. No prior notice will be given if there is any change on the Service available time.

The "30-Minute Approval and Disbursement" is applicable only to phone-in or walk-in customers who submit all of the required documents on the application date. The process starts from the moment that Dah Sing Bank staff confirm receipt of all the required documents and information with the customers. The application should comply with the general loan approval procedures of the Bank and should not exceed a loan amount of HK$100,000. Customers should choose to draw their loan at branches. This service is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturdays, which may be subject to change according to actual circumstances.

The HK$100 Cash Bonus ("Cash Bonus") is only applicable to customers ("Eligible Customers") who successfully apply for e-Cash through online application and withdraw the loan during Promotion Period. The Cash Bonus will be credited into Eligible Customers' repayment accounts within 3 months after loan drawdown. To enjoy the Cash Bonus, the relevant loan accounts must be valid and with good repayment records before cash rebate. Each customer is entitled to the Cash Bonus once only.

If the online loan application is not approved, but other personal loan plans are offered by Dah Sing Bank ("the Bank"), but Cash Bonus will not be offered under such circumstances.

The Bank reserves the right to offer other gifts or coupons instead of the Cash Bonus.
