Do I need to register to transfer fund via Dah Sing e-Banking Service ? |

You only need to login Dah Sing e-Banking Service and can transfer fund to any own accounts without prior registration.
To transfer fund to 3rd parties account within Dah Sing Bank or accounts in other banks, please register the beneficiary name, account number and maximum daily limit. Please click here to download the registration form.
If you are using digital certificate to login e-Banking service, you can transfer fund to other banks in Hong Kong (activition on respective service is required in advance, please click here to download the registration form.). |

How can I pay bill to designated merchants via Dah Sing e-Banking Service? |

Pre-registration is required for making online payment to designated merchants. Please click here to download and complete the registration form and return it to our Bank. Upon successful registration, you can pay bill to the registered designated merchant via Pay Easy Bill Online Payment Service of Dah Sing e-Banking Service.
For customers using digital certificate, customers can pay bill to unregistered designated merchants by login to Dah Sing e-Banking service with digital certificate. For details, please click here for the FAQ about Digital Certificate Services.

Do I need to login to Dah Sing e-Banking Service with digital certificate in order to pay bill to registered designated merchants? |

You can simply login to Dah Sing e-Banking Service and select Pay Easy Online Bill Payment Service to pay bill to the registered designated merchant. Login with digital certificate is not required for the transaction. |

Will the "Scheduled New Fixed Deposit Creation" or "Scheduled Fund Transfer (within Dah Sing Bank)" be executed if a Typhoon No.8 Signal or a Black Rainstorm warning is hoisted on the execution date? |

If a Typhoon No.8 Signal or a Black Rainstorm warning is hoisted at 8:30a.m. on execution date, the "Scheduled New Fixed Deposit Creation" or "Scheduled Fund Transfer (within Dah Sing Bank)" will be executed after bank service resumed on execution date. If our bank service was suspended throughout the execution date, the "Scheduled New Fixed Deposit Creation" or "Scheduled Fund Transfer (within Dah Sing Bank)" will be executed on the next working day. |
