1. "e-Banking Privilege Offer" Promotion Period is from 18 March 2013 to 20 May 2013 (the "Promotion Period") (both dates inclusive).
2. Eligible Bill Payment Transaction refers to any successfully executed transaction conducted via PayEasy Online Bill Payment Service and the transaction date refers to the date on which the transaction has been successfully executed. For the details of PayEasy Online Bill Payment Service, please click here to refer to Dah Sing Bank's ("the Bank") website.
3. This promotion is not applicable to Customers who registered supplementary card numbers as Phone Banking User ID .
4. This Promotion is not applicable to Corporate Customers.
5. Eligible Customers must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above.
6. Each Eligible Customer is required to hold a valid e-Banking and Phone Banking account on or before 13 June 2013.
7. All gift / gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or other products or or any other discounts.
8. The photos and reference retail prices of the gift are for reference only. The Bank is not responsible for setting the reference retail prices. The Bank is not responsible for any difference between the reference retail prices and actual prices available in the market. The Bank is not the supplier of the gift and gift certificates. Any inquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant products or services should be directed to the relevant suppliers. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant products or services. Any disputes arising from the gift / gift certificates should be resolved between the customers and the relevant suppliers.
9. The usage of the gift / gift certificates shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the corresponding gift / gift certificates.
10. This promotion is not applicable to the staff of Dah Sing Financial Group and its subsidiary companies.
11. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative gift / gift coupon and replacement if the relevant gift / gift certificates are not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice.
12. The Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
13. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
14. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

15. New e-Banking Customers who have first-time login to e-Banking Service successfully and completed one Eligible Bill Payment Transaction during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Customers") will be entitled to a HK$25 Starbucks Gift Certificate.This promotion is not applicable to the staff of Dah Sing Financial Group and its subsidiary companies.
16. New e-Banking Customers refer to the customers who did not register / login to e-Banking Service before the start date of the "Promotion Period".
17. If the number of Eligible Customers exceeds 2,000, the winners will be determined by a Lucky Draw.
18. Each Eligible Customer shall only be entitled to ONE HK$25 Starbucks Gift Certificate during the Promotion Period.
19. The result of the Lucky Draw will be announced in the Bank's website www.dahsing.com on 2 July 2013. Winners of the Lucky Draw will also be notified individually.
20. The notification letter with gift certificate will be sent to the corresponding address of the winner's account registered for Phone Banking User ID at the bank on or before 13 July 2013. The Bank shall not be liable for any failure of delivery in any circumstance (including, but not limited to, delivery failure caused by invalid or inaccurate registered address provided by the customer) and the notification letter / gift certificate will not be re-issued.

21. e-Banking customers who have successfully completed one Eligible Bill Payment Transaction during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Customer for Grand Lucky Draw") will be eligible to one lucky draw chance.
22. The prize of the Grand Lucky Draw is a Canon EOS M Digital Camera (Quantity: 1).
23. Each Eligible Customer for Grand Lucky Draw is only eligible to at most ONE "Grand Lucky Draw" chance during the Promotion Period.
24. The result of the Lucky Draw will be announced in the Bank's website www.dahsing.com on 2 July 2013. Winner of the Lucky Draw will also be notified individually.
25. The notification letter will be sent to the corresponding address of the winner's account registered for Phone Banking User ID at the Bank on or before 13 July 2013. The Bank shall not be liable for any failure of delivery in any circumstance (including, but not limited to, delivery failure caused by invalid as a result of invalid or inaccurate registered address provided by the customer) and the notification letter will not be re-issued.
