General Terms and Conditions:

"Bonus Point Scheme":
1. Every HK$1 you spent with your Dah Sing Liverpool Football Club Credit Card will earn you one bonus point. You can earn double bonus points whenever the transaction is made on your birthday. The valid transactions for "Bonus Point Scheme" include retail spending and Octopus AAVS amount only, but excluding the following transactions, including but not limited to cash advance, "Jetso Installment" amount, "Cash-in Plan" amount, balance transfer amount, bill payment, tax payment, interest-free installment amount, bank handling fees (including annual fee, financial charges, late fee and cash advance handling fee etc), casino transaction, unposted / cancelled / transactions eventually returned and all unauthorized transactions.
2. The Bank will determine the applicable "Bonus Points" of each eligible Cardholder based on the Cardholders' transaction records held with the Bank.
3. Cardholders are required to keep all relevant original sales slips. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to request Cardholders to submit the relevant original sales slips for inspection. All sales slips submitted to the Bank will not be returned.
Comprehensive e-banking Service: For payment with Dah Sing Liverpool Football Club Credit Card through e-banking service, a service fee of 1% of the payment amount will be charged (It is only applicable to the pre-registered merchants). For information of merchant list, please visit www.dahsing.com.
If Principal Cardholder cancels his/her new Credit Card within 13 months of card-issuance date, the Bank reserves the right to debit a handling fee of HK$300 to the relevant Principal Card Account without prior notice.
The Bank reserves the final rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of the Bank.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Note:

1.	Cardholders who chose "Cash Rebate" Scheme may only redeem gifts with the special price, whereas those who chose "Bonus Point" Scheme may only redeem gifts with their accumulated bonus points.
2.	After accepting the redemption application, such application will be successful once the bank confirms that the cardholder's account is in good standing and has enough bonus points or sufficient credit limit. The redemption also depends on gift availability.
3.	In case where the cardholder's account has insufficient bonus points or credit limit for gift redemption, the redemption process will be cancelled.
4.	Once the redemption has been accepted, it is considered as final and may not be changed or cancelled.
5.	The bonus points or the charges related to the gift redemption will be debited from the designated principal card account.
6.	The processing time for the application of gift redemption will take 4-6 weeks.
7.	Gift redemption letter will be sent to the principal cardholder 2 weeks after card approval.
8.	Gift redemption is on a first-come-first-serve basis, offer valid while supplies last.
9.	MEVAS Bank Limited reserves the right of final decision regarding the gift redemption and the right to amend the content of these terms and condition without the prior notice.
