To enjoy the Welcome Offer, applicant must successfully apply for GUNDAM Credit Card on or before 31 December, 2012. Welcome Offer is only applicable to brand new Principal Cardholders who did not hold or cancel any GUNDAM Credit Card in the past 12-month. Each new Principal Cardholder can enjoy the Welcome Offer only ONCE regardless of the number of GUNDAM Credit Card applied. |

The Welcome Offer is applicable to successful Principal Cardholders of GUNDAM Credit Cards who accumulated retail purchase or cash advance of HK$2,800 or above within the first 2 months from card issuance. |

The accumulated spending amount for the Welcome Offers includes transactions of retail purchases, cash advances, "Jetso Installment", "Cash-in Plan", balance transfer posted in GUNDAM Credit Card account, bill payment, interest-free installment and Octopus AAVS; the following transactions are excluded, including but not limited to bank handling fees (annual fee, financial charges, late fees and cash advance handling fee, etc.), casino transactions, unposted / cancelled / refunded and all unauthorized transactions. The retail spending and cash advance of Supplementary Cardholders will be combined with the Principal Cardholder's account. |

The redemption letter regarding the Welcome Offer will be sent to the eligible Principal Cardholder within one month upon fulfilling the spending requirement and the relevant Credit Card Account must be valid and in good standing status at the time of issuing the redemption letter, otherwise Cardholder will not be entitled to the Welcome Offer. Gift redemption is bound by respective Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions are set out on the redemption letter. |

Welcome Offers listed above are on a first-come-first-serve basis while stocks last. In the event that the gift item is out of stock, Dah Sing Bank (the "Bank") reserves the right to substitute the Welcome Offer with another offer without prior notice. |

The manufacturers and/or suppliers of the gifts are solely responsible for the quality, availability and warranty of the products supplied, and the Bank has no liability for the quality, availability and warranty of the same. Any dispute or complaint in respect of the products, services and / or information should be directed to the relevant merchants. |

If Principal Cardholder cancels his/her new Credit Card within 13 months of card-issuance date, the Bank reserves the right to debit a handling fee of HK$300 to the relevant Principal Card Account without prior notice. |

The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice. |

All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of the Bank. |
