Terms and Conditions
  1. Promotion Period is from 10 January 2011 to 28 February 2011 (Both dates inclusive).
  2. CNY Deposit promotion is only applicable to personal customers and not applicable for corporate customers. Customer, who opens a designated deposit account at any Dah Sing Bank (the “Bank”) branches with  new fund (For the definition of New Fund, please refer to clause No. 4), is entitled to a Tear-&-win Lucky Draw Card.  The more deposit accounts opened, the more Tear-&-win Lucky Draw Card you will receive. The designated deposit accounts include:
    - Open a Privileged HKD Fixed Deposit Account with HK$50,000 or above
    - Open a HKD, FCY or RMB 1-month tenor Fixed Deposit Account with amount equivalent to HK$50,000 or above
    - Open a Savings Account, Current Account, i-Account or Character Kids Savings Accounts with amount equivalent to HK$5,000 or above
  3. Tear-&-win Lucky Draw Card(s) and prize(s) are available only while stocks last. All gift(s) cannot be exchanged for cash and non-transferable. The Bank is not the supplier of the gifts. Customers who wish to inquire or complain about the quality of products or services should contact the suppliers concerned directly. The Bank shall assume no liability at the difference between the above listed value and the retail price of the captioned gifts at the market. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative gift and replacement if the gift(s) are not available.  Photo displayed is for reference only.
  4. New Fund is defined as fund newly deposited with the Bank, using a cheque drawn on other bank, inward CHATS or T/T in HKD during the Promotion Period and fund transfer from the existing Dah Sing Bank account is excluded. For definition details, please contact our branch staff. In case of any dispute in relation to the definition of new fund, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  5. The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of lucky draw or cancel this programme at anytime without prior notice.
  6. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
  7. Should there be any discrepancy between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
