Terms and Conditions of Dah Sing Credit Card Tax Payment Promotion (the "Promotion")
  1. The promotion period is from 1 December, 2017 to 31 January, 2018 (the "Promotion Period"), both days inclusive, based on successful tax payment date and the submission date of Salary Tax Demand Note. The successful tax payment date and the submission date of Salary Tax Demand Note are depended on the record of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank").
  2. The Promotion is only applicable to Principal cardholders, not applicable to Supplementary Card, Renminbi Credit Card, Corporate Card, Cash Card, Debit Card, Spending Card, Go Smart Card, Private Label Card, Purchasing Card, Gift Card, International Student Identity MasterCard, International Teacher Identity MasterCard, RMB Credit Card account of CUP Dual Currency Credit Card and Balance Transfer Account (the "Eligible Card(s)").
  3. Customers who fulfill the requirements as listed below within the Promotion Period (the "Eligible Customer(s)") are entitled to cash rebate equals to 0.20% or 0.25% of tax payment amount (the "Cash Rebate"):

    Pay accumulated tax of HK$10,000 or above to the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department through the "PayEasy Bill Payment" Service of e-Banking /Mobile Banking Service of the Bank with the Eligible Card 0.20% of tax payment amount HK$300
    1. Pay accumulated tax of HK$10,000 or above to the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department through the "PayEasy Bill Payment" Service of e-Banking /Mobile Banking Service of the Bank with the Eligible Card; and
    2. Submit the 2016/17 Salary Tax Demand Note, including the first two pages), state "Tax promotion" and write down information (company name, business nature, position, self-employed: yes/no) on the blank space of the Salary Tax Demand Note, the Salary Tax Demand Note has to be deemed valid on or before 28 February, 2018 by the Bank; and 
    3. Self-employed customers or unstable income earners are required additionally to submit the latest 2 months' bank statement or passbook showing the income record (if applicable)
    0.25% of tax payment amount HK$300

  4. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to maximum HK$300 Cash Rebate for the Promotion.
  5. If the information written on the Salary Tax Demand Note is incomplete or the Bank fails to receive the Salary Tax Demand Note, the Bank will not make any follow up.
  6. If there is any change to the customer's employment information, please update the record at any branch of the Bank.
  7. The acceptance of tax payment transaction is subject to credit card account status and available credit limit of the Eligible Customer, the Bank reserves the right of final decision. Tax payment transaction may not be canceled, altered or withdrawn.
  8. The cut-off time for "PayEasy Bill Payment" Service (for paying bill to general merchant) is 4:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday). The payment will be transferred to the merchant on the same day if the request has been received before the cut-off time. If the request is received after the cut-off time, the transaction will be handled on the next clearing day.
  9. The Promotion will not be eligible to Credit Card Bonus Point Scheme, Instant Cash Reward / Cash Reward, Mileage Program and any other Rewards Scheme.
  10. The Cash Rebate will be credited to the Eligible Customers' Eligible Card account last used for tax payment by April 30, 2018 in form of credit card free spending credit. Credit card free spending credit will be used for payment of new transaction items; it is not transferable, refundable or cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. The Promotion is not applicable to the staff of Dah Sing Financial Group and its affiliates.
  12. In case of any disputes in relation to the validity of the Salary Tax Demand Note and any matters arising from the Promotion, the Bank's decision shall be final and conclusive.
  13. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
