1. PayEasy Promotion (the "Promotion") is applicable to payment made during 11th to 29th June, 2012 (Please refer to Point 3 below for the cut-off time of "PayEasy"), both days inclusive (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion is only applicable to Dah Sing Bank (the "Bank") Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders (including those transferred from MEVAS Bank to Dah Sing Bank); and is not applicable to Debit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, RMB account of CUP Dual Currency Credit Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account, Balance Transfer Account and Credit Cards currently being waived for PayEasy Handling Fee.
2. Eligible transactions ("Eligible Transactions") should be executed during the Promotion Period. Eligible Transactions are those online bill payments to non-Dah Sing Bank accounts in the "Banking & Credit Card Services" category under PayEasy Payments. Online bill payments under other categories are not included.
3. Payments made after 16:00 (Mon to Fri, except public holiday) or on non-clearing day will be processed on the next clearing day. The Bank cannot guarantee the time of receipt of any particular payment to the recipient's account. To prevent delinquent payment, customers should reserve sufficient time for processing and ensure correct account / customer number and bill categories are input upon payment.
4. 1% handling fee will be charged upon each Eligible Transaction is made. The accumulated handling fee waived will be credited to the Designated Account in terms of spending credit in August 2012 and will be shown on monthly statement. Cash rebate is only applicable for deducting new spending and cannot be used to settle payment.
5. HK$100 Wellcome Supermarket coupon (the "Coupon") will be mailed to the winners in August 2012. The usage of Coupon is subject to its relevant terms and conditions. The Bank is not the supplier of the Coupon or related product, should there be any enquires, comments or complaints regarding the quality of the products or services, customers should contact the product suppliers directly. The Bank will not bear any liability in relation thereto.
6. Customers should be in good standing during the Promotional Period and at the time when the cash rebate is given; while the Credit Card used for payment should be valid. All rewards are not transferrable, redeemable for cash or any discount.
7. Payment amount of PayEasy will be posted as retail purchase transactions. Cardholder who make full payment will enjoy up to 60-day interest free repayment period. Interest free repayment period is not applicable to cash advance transaction or accounts under partial payment.
8. The daily limit for online bill payments is HK$100,000.
9. The payment amount and related handling fee will not be entitled to Bonus Point Scheme, Instant Cash Reward / Cash Rebate, Mileage Program, JFT Dollars and any other reward schemes.
10. The Bank reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions or terminate the Promotion without further notice.  In case of any disputes, the Bank's decision shall be final and conclusive.
11. Applicant will be bound by the terms of the Dah Sing Credit Card Cardholder Agreement (the "Agreement") announced and adopted on the day of the application as well as the terms provided by the Bank regarding the loan and repayment (including interest rate and other fee) and copy of which could be obtained from Credit Card Center.
12. The terms and conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and be construed accordingly. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
13. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this document, the English version shall prevail.
