# Terms and Conditions of Lucky Draw:
  • Customers who successfully apply for Express Money Interest Free Loan ("the loan") from 5 March to 22 April 2008 and drawdown on or before 13 May 2008 will be automatically enroll into the lucky draw.
  • The lucky draw will be conducted in seven rounds on June 2008 and each draw will be in the form of random draw via a computer system. Dah Sing Bank & MEVAS Bank will combine the lucky draw. One 1st prize winner and four 2nd prize winners will be drawn in each round. To be eligible for each specific round, customers are required to drawdown the loan on or before the specific drawdown date as below. Each eligible customer will enter into the subsequent round(s) of lucky draw regardless of whether he/she has won a cash reward in previous rounds. Each customer will be entitled to a maximum of seven entries to win cash rewards of up to HKD38,000 in total. The cash reward(s) will be rebated to customers in form of Dah Sing Bank Gift Card. Customers who did not win any prizes in seven rounds are entitled to HK$50 supermarket coupons. Supermarket coupons will be mailed to eligible customers on or before 15 July 2008. The result will be announced on Dah Sing Bank's website on 30 June 2008. A notification letter will be mailed to each winner regarding the result.

Terms and Conditions of Express Money Interest Free Loan:
  1. The calculation of the HK$0.7 handling fee is based on a loan amount of HK$10,000 , a monthly handling fee of 0.21%, a 30-day month, and assumes that the aggregate loan amount is HK$300,000.
  2. The "30-Minute Approval and Disbursement" is applicable only to phone-in or walk-in customers who submit all of the required documents on the application date. The process starts from the moment that Dah Sing Bank's staff confirm receipt of all required documents and information with the customers. The application should comply with the general loan approval procedures of Dah Sing Bank, and should not exceed a loan amount of HK$100,000. Customers should choose to draw the loan at branches. This service is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturdays, which may be subject to change according to actual circumstances.
  3. The loan amount of HK$300,000 or above is applicable only to property owners or preferential customers, including civil servants, professionals, staff of selected government organizations / public organizations, full-time teachers, staff of tertiary institutions / universities, and staff of selected financial institutions and the Dah Sing VIP Banking Customers.
  4. Loan tenor of 49 months or above is available only to property owners. It is not applicable to new job starters.
  5. Applicants must be aged from 18 to 30 and are currently being employed. Employment period must be within 6 months.
  6. For loan amounts of HK$5,000 – HK$50,000, the monthly handling fee is 0.41% on the principal loan amount . The annualized percentage rates is 9.26% with calculation based on a loan amount of HK$10,000 and a loan tenor of 12 months.
  7. Handling fees for interest-free loans vary by loan amount. The monthly handling fee for loan amounts between HK$5,000 – HK$49,999, HK$50,000 – HK$299,999 and HK$300,000 – HK$500,000 are 0.41%, 0.31% and 0.21% on the principal loan amount, respectively.
  8. The monthly repayment amount (including the said handling fee) will be debited from the repayment account on the due date every month. The monthly repayment amount will be rounded up to the nearest integer. The above annualized percentage rates and monthly repayment amounts are calculated according to the Code of Banking Practice, subject to a 12-month loan tenor and loan amount of HK$10,000. The above annualized percentage rates and monthly repayment amounts may vary for individual customer.
  9. Dah Sing Bank reserves the right to amend the above offers, and their terms and conditions without prior notice. The acceptance of an application shall be at the sole, absolute discretion of Dah Sing Bank, without exception.
