I. Terms and Conditions for Welcome Gift Offers
(i) The welcome offer is only applicable to brand-new Principal Cardholder who successfully applied the Dah Sing MTR Shopping Centre Credit Card on or before September 30, 2006. Each Principal Cardholder can receive only ONE welcome gift while stock lasts. The selected gift once confirmed could neither be changed nor exchanged for cash. (ii) Applicant who has successfully applied for Dah Sing MTR Shopping Centre Credit Card will be entitled to OTO e-Tap Massager or HK$150 Free Spending Credit upon spending of HK$2,800 or above (retail spending or cash advance) with his / her Card within 2 months from the date of Card issuance. The spending of Supplementary Cardholder will be counted towards the Principal Cardholder’s record. (iii) Applicant who has successfully applied for Dah Sing MTR Shopping Centre Platinum Card will be entitled to CD Mini Hi-Fi or HK$350 Free Spending Credit upon spending of HK$4,800 or above (retail spending or cash advance) with his / her Card within 2 months from the date of Card issuance. The spending of Supplementary Cardholder will be counted towards the Principal Cardholder’s record. (iv) Accumulated spending includes retail transactions, cash advance, “Happy Installment” amount, “Cash-in Plan” amount, Balance Transfer amount, bill payment amount, Interest-free Installment transactions and Octopus Automatic Add-Value amount, excluding unposted / cancelled / refunded and unauthorized transactions. (v) The welcome gift redemption letters for OTO e-Tap Massager and CD Mini Hi-Fi will be sent to Principal Cardholders within one month upon card spending and the Cardholder’s account must be valid and in good standing at the time of issuing the notification letter. (vi) Upon the spending requirement is fulfilled, the Free Spending Credit will be credited into the Principal Cardholder’s account within 6-8 weeks and the Cardholder’s account must be valid and in good standing. The Free Spending Credit can be used for credit card purchases only. It cannot be converted into cash or withdrawn as cash advance and are not transferable. (vii) The above welcome offers are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. Dah Sing Bank reserves the right to offer an alternative gift as replacement in case of shortage. Late redemption will not be entertained. (viii) Dah Sing Bank does not warrant the quality of the products or services provided by the participating merchants. The participating merchants shall be solely responsible for all effects and consequences of the products and services. (ix) Dah Sing Bank and the participating merchants reserve the right to amend the policies and terms without prior notice. (x) In case of any dispute, the decisions of Dah Sing Bank and the participating merchants shall be final.

II. Terms and Conditions for Additional Gift Offers
(i) The welcome offer is only applicable to Principal Cardholder who successfully applied the Dah Sing MTR Shopping Centre Credit Card and applied for “Management Fee Direct Debit Service” and/or “Octopus Automatic Add Value Service” at the same time on or before September 30, 2006. Each Principal Cardholder can enjoy the offer once only. (ii) HK$50 Free Spending Credit will be credited into the Principal Cardholder’s account within 6-8 weeks upon card issuance and the Cardholder’s account must be valid and in good standing. The Free Spending Credit can be used for credit card purchases only. It cannot be converted into cash or withdrawn as cash advance and are not transferable.
