Cardholders who chose "Cash
Rebate" Scheme may only redeem gifts with the special
price, whereas those who chose "Bonus Point" Scheme
may only redeem gifts with their accumulated bonus points. |

If cardholders have more than one
Dah Sing Credit Card with "Bonus Point" Scheme offered, the
accumulated points in each individual account can be combined
together for gift redemption. |
| 3. |
After the acceptance of the gift
redemption application, the
application will be approved once the bank confirms that the
cardholder's account has enough bonus points or sufficient
credit limit and is in good standing. Redemption also depends
on gift availability. |
| 4. |
In case where the cardholder's account
has insufficient bonus points or credit limit for gift redemption/instalment,
the redemption request will be cancelled. |
| 5. |
Once the gift redemption has been
approved, it is considered final and can not be changed or
cancelled. |
| 6. |
The bonus points or the charges related to the gift redemption
will be debited from the designated principal credit / debtit
card account. (If cardholders had chosen to purchase the
above gift items with their Arsenal Supplementary and, the
related bonus point or charges would be deleted from the
desigated supplementary card arsenal.) Cardholders who have
applied for instalment should reserve enough credit limit
for monthly repayment.

The processing time for the application
of gift redemption will take 4-6 weeks. |
| 8. |
Gift redemption letter will be sent
to the principal cardholders 2 week after approval of the
request. |
| 9. |
Gift redemption is on a first-come-first-served
basis, offer valid while supplies last. |
| 10. |
Dah Sing Bank Limited reserves the
right of final decision regarding the gift redemption and
the right to amend the content of these terms and condition
without the prior notice. |
